The Project Sponsor will procure the professional services of individuals that meet or exceed the minimum professional qualifications for architectural history, as described in Stipulation IV. The Project Sponsor is responsible for overseeing the preparation of a digital slide deck3 on the history of the NHN Railroad (History Slide Deck). Onsite research will be conducted at the Boston & Maine Railroad (B&MRR) Archives in Lowell, MA, local libraries and historical societies. Internet research will be conducted at University of Massachusetts - Dartmouth Library to access full-text journal and historic newspaper databases and other online archival sources. Research and content delivery will be guided by the relevant regional development patterns and property types identified in the New Hampshire Railroads Historic Context Statement (April 1, 2001)4. All research information gathered will be digitized and retained by NHN for future studies.
