Dietitian Grade. 2 3.2.1 A Dietitian required to undertake the following duties or responsibilities: (a) is in charge of a section of a Department; or (b) supervises dietetic students and/or Grade 1 dietitians; or, (c) is employed on work requiring experience and expertise in one or more of the following: clinical nutrition, nutrition education, health promotion, nutritional support, paediatrics or rehabilitation; or, (d) is a sole practitioner.

Dietitian Grade. 4 3.4.1 A Dietitian who has additional responsibilities or clinical expertise above the requirements for Grade 3 in accordance with the following criteria: (a) is a Dietitian who is in charge of a Group 1 Department or service in a health service; or, (b) is appointed Deputy to a Manager Dietetics and Nutrition Services; or (c) is required to undertake a significant administrative role within a Group 1 Department/Service, including:  Managing a service at campus level of a multi-campus health service; and/or  exercising financial management responsibilities such as monitoring expenditure, providing reports to the Board and contributing to the preparation of budgets; and/or  exercising human resources management responsibilities including staff recruitment and performance appraisal;  contributing to the overall growth and development and strategic goals of the organisation;  developing partnerships with other organisations;  representing dietetics on relevant committees & working groups both internal and external to the organization.  has an ongoing and active involvement in research and / or quality improvement either directly or as a supervisor.
Dietitian Grade. 4B The most senior Dietitian in the Dietetics Departments of the following health services shall be classified and paid as Dietitian Grade 4B as per Schedule A. Nothing in this subclause prevents another health service applying the classification of Dietitian Grade 4B.   • Grade The employee's grade level. (1-15)

  • Ratings No “nationally recognized statistical rating organization” as such term is defined for purposes of Rule 436(g)(2) (i) has imposed (or has informed the Company that it is considering imposing) any condition (financial or otherwise) on the Company’s retaining any rating assigned to the Company or any securities of the Company or (ii) has indicated to the Company that it is considering any of the actions described in Section 7(c)(ii) hereof.

  • Rating The Notes can be issued without the requirement that they have any rating from a nationally recognized statistical rating organization.

  • Categories All personnel of the Logistics & Supply Business Unit, within the following work categories and in classifications as enumerated in Article 8.03, are covered by this Agreement. Nothing in this agreement prevents an employee from performing either on a day to day or regular basis, any function or task that is generally performed by any category, provided that the employee is competent to perform the work required. Any efficiencies attained out of this flexibility is not intended to eliminate a category.

  • Grades At the end of each semester, students shall receive a final grade report that shall become a part of their permanent record. All incomplete work shall be completed within 90 days of the start of the next long semester. Failure to complete the work specified in the course completion contract shall result in a grade of zero, which shall be factored into the final grade calculation with appropriate weighting relative to other course grades.
