Tray Service. Tray service will be provided in the Residence for the included meal if Resident is receiving care for minor illness and if ordered and/or approved by Facility personnel. A delivery service fee will be charged for each daily meal delivered.

Tray Service. As mentioned above, all residents are required to eat in the common areas listed. The FSCH has instituted this policy solely for your safety. Residents will be permitted to eat in their rooms only when they have an illness or condition which should limit their contact with others.
Tray Service. If determined to be necessary by a Community Physician or Home Health Services, as defined later in this Agreement, one (1) tray service meal per day will be provided to the Resident in the Residence during minor short-term illnesses at no additional charge. Additional tray service meals will be available and charged to the Resident based on the meal rate schedule.
