Tray Service Sample Clauses

Tray Service. Tray service will be provided in the Residence for the included meal if Resident is receiving care for minor illness and if ordered and/or approved by Facility personnel. A delivery service fee will be charged for each daily meal delivered.

Tray Service. As mentioned above, all residents are required to eat in the common areas listed. The FSCH has instituted this policy solely for your safety. Residents will be permitted to eat in their rooms only when they have an illness or condition which should limit their contact with others.

Tray Service. The Community will provide tray service to Resident in the Living Unit during minor, short-term illnesses when ordered by Resident Health Services. One meal per day will be covered by the Monthly Service Fee. Additional tray service meals will be charged to Resident based on the meal rate schedule.

Tray Service. If determined to be necessary by a Community Physician or Home Health Services, as defined later in this Agreement, one (1) tray service meal per day will be provided to the Resident in the Residence during minor short-term illnesses at no additional charge. Additional tray service meals will be available and charged to the Resident based on the meal rate schedule.

Tray Service. Tray service will be provided in the Living Accommodations during minor short-term illnesses of 14 days or less when approved by the PROVIDER'S Medical Director or his/her designee for the one meal a day included in the Monthly Fee. If additional meals and tray service are required, a charge will be incurred by RESIDENT for the additional meals not covered in the Monthly Fee.

Tray Service. Operator will furnish limited tray service to your Residence during a temporary illness, when approved by the Director of Resident Services or his/her designee at the Community. There may be an extra charge for this. (See Appendix A)

Tray Service. The Association will provide limited tray service to your Unit during a chronic illness. All other tray service is available at an extra charge.

Tray Service. As part of basic services, the Community provides tray services to the Suite during illness at no extra charge.

Tray Service. Meal delivery service will be provided for Resident in his or her Residence if ordered by the Executive Director or his designee. IKF will charge additional fees for any tray service not related to illness or disability.
