Disablement. Except as expressly provided otherwise in this Agreement, if your employment terminates as a result of Disablement, your RSUs will become 100% vested upon the later of the date of your termination of employment due to your Disablement or the date of determination of your Disablement. For purposes of this Section 8, “Disablement” will be determined in accordance with the standards and procedures of the then-current Long Term Disability Plan maintained by the Corporation or the Subsidiary that employs you, and in the event you are not a participant in a then-current Long Term Disability Plan maintained by the Corporation or the Subsidiary that employs you, “Disablement” will have the same meaning as disablement is defined in the Intel Long Term Disability Plan, which is generally a physical condition arising from an illness or injury, which renders an individual incapable of performing work in any occupation, as determined by the Corporation.
Disablement. (a) A member who is injured on duty and becomes eligible for compensation under the Ontario Workplace Safety and Insurance Act shall be paid the member’s normal net salary until return to duty or until one (1) year from date of injury, whichever shall be earlier. (1999)
(b) When members are absent after one year owing to incapacity, and a claim has been approved by the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, members shall receive the difference between their net salary or net rate of pay and the rate payable under such an award to the extent of their accumulated sick pay credits, to the extent of one-seventh (1/7) of a day per working day. (1999)
(c) The Board shall have the right, at any time, to require that a member who is absent on account of injury be examined by a duly qualified medical practitioner designated for this purpose by the Board. (1984)
Disablement. Benefits 2 to 4
Disablement. Company may disable a Customer’s Subscription. Company will need to separately disable each active Subscription. Depending on the Product, Customer will have limited or no access to the Product. Microsoft will not be liable in any manner whatsoever to Customer arising out of Company’s disablement of the Customer’s Subscriptions. Microsoft may disable a Customer’s Subscription for legal or regulatory reasons or as otherwise permitted under this Agreement and Microsoft will notify Company of a disablement as soon as commercially reasonable. If Microsoft disables a Customer’s Subscription, Microsoft also will suspend billing to Company for that Customer’s Subscription until the Subscription is re-enabled.
Disablement. Without limiting the other provisions of this Clause 12, if any Rolling Stock of the Operator is disabled (whether through derailment, collision, locomotive failure or otherwise) while on the Network, the Operator must notify the Access Provider, as a matter of urgency, of the circumstances and other details relating to the disablement. Emergency recovery and rectification action must be conducted in consultation with the Operator and the Access Provider and must be carried out at the earliest practicable time in accordance with the Emergency Response Plan.
Disablement. Should the Superintendent be unable to perform any or all of the duties outlined herein by reason of illness, accident, or other causes beyond the individual's control for period in excess of their accumulated sick leave and unused vacation time, the Board of Education may in its discretion make a proportionate deduction from the salary hereinbefore stipulated. If such a disability continues for more than one year or if said disability is considered permanent, irreparable, or of such a nature as to make performance of their duties impossible, the Board of Education may, at its option, terminate this agreement whereupon the respective duties, rights, and obligation hereunder shall terminate. Death of the superintendent terminates this contract.

20.2. When members are absent after two (2) years owing to incapacity, and a claim has been approved by the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, members shall receive the difference between their net salary or net rate of pay and the rate payable under such an award to the extent of their accumulated sick pay credits, to the extent of one-seventh (1/7) of a day per working day. 20.3. The Board shall have the right at any time in the second year to require that a member who is absent on account of injury for one (1) full year be examined by a duly qualified medical practitioner designated for this purpose by the Board. This article applies only to disablement and to no other article in the contract. (1978)
