Dismissal or Suspension Grievance. This agreement will remain in effect until the expiration of the collective agreement. The parties acknowledge that the Provincial Government is undertaking a process to make quality child care affordable and accessible to all British Columbians. As part of implementing an affordable universal child care program in British Columbia, the Provincial Government has made a commitment to provide fair compensation for child care workers within the Province of BC. The parties agree that access to quality child care is a priority. The parties agree to the following:
