Displays. Tenant may not display or sell merchandise or allow grocery carts or other similar devices within the control of Tenant to be stored or to remain outside the defined exterior walls and permanent doorways of the Premises. Tenant further agrees not to install any exterior lighting, amplifiers or similar devices or use in or about the Premises any advertising medium which may be heard or seen outside the Premises, such as flashing lights, searchlights, loudspeakers, phonographs or radio broadcasts.

Displays. The Lessee shall display posters, photographs, models, etc. pertaining to the event only in such areas as are approved by the MSDPT. Further, the Lessee shall not use any tape, tack, nail, screw or other fastening device into the ceilings, walls, or floors of the Premises so as to mar, deface, or injure the Premises. Displays at, or on, the Premises may be moved or covered only by the MSDPT.
Displays. All displays, decorations and signs must conform to NCSI and venue regulations. Vendor may not paint, tape, nail, screw, staple, drill, scratch or tack anything to the walls, columns, floor or ceiling of the building or adjoining displays. Vendor shall be solely responsible for all damage resulting from such actions. All xxxxxxx, draperies or other fabrics must be fireproofed before use in the decoration of any exhibit. Paper decorations, cut evergreens or branches and balloons are not permitted. Vendor’s display may not infringe on the rights of other Vendors or offend participants. NCSI and the hosting organization reserve the right to reject, in whole or in part, and at any time, an exhibit which, in their sole opinions, is objectionable to participants.
Displays. No merchandise, partitions, apparatus, shelving, etc. may block aisles or exhibitor access to exhibit spaces. All aisles, both in front and behind exhibit tables must be kept clear of debris and obstructions. All exhibits must remain within the confines of Exhibitor’s designated space. No chairs or merchandise are to be in the aisles. No merchandise, partitions, apparatus, shelving, etc. may extend more than (6) feet above the exhibition hall floor in any part of the exhibition space, unless the exhibition space is a wall space or the Exhibitor has HS approval. No Exhibitor will be permitted to display merchandise which obstructs the view, occasion’s injury or infringes on the displays of the Exhibitors.
Displays. Tenant shall maintain tasteful, well-lighted displays in the display windows, if any, and change such displays from time to time. The content of such displays shall be limited to events in the Music Hall or the Center and shall be used primarily to promote or advertise any business or merchandise which relates to the Music Hall and the Garden. Tenant shall not install any displays or exhibits on or about, and visible from, the exterior of the Music Hall which are obscene or offensive to the general public.
Displays. Applicant shall provide a permanent information display in a highly- used location on the Property for commuter information and promotional material on transportation management programs in the TMD, the County, and the region. If the Project has primary access points for visitors and members of the public which are different from those access points for employers and/or residents, a display shall be provided in each of the primary access areas to reach each of these target markets.
Displays. Hirers must abide by the Glasshouse, Terms and Conditions of Displays when designing and installing display or exhibits in any part of the Premises. A copy of these is available upon request. Glasshouse Management reserves the right to refuse installation or demand removal of any exhibit / installation it deems unsafe or in breach of any terms and conditions.

No advertisement or sound of advertising shall be permitted to be heard outside of the Premises.
Displays. The Exhibitor is fully responsible for the creation and operation of any displays on Exhibit Space. All displays must be designed, constructed and operated safely and in good taste.
