Distribution of Overtime and Call-Back. 1. Whenever overtime work is required, not including overtime work required to maintain continuous coverage on twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) day operation, the County shall make a reasonable effort to make voluntary overtime and call-back opportunities available on an equitable basis to qualified employees in appropriate classes.
