District Recognition. The BACR shall ensure recognition of the role of the DISTRICT in providing services through this Agreement. All activities, facilities and items utilized pursuant to this Agreement shall be prominently labeled as to funding source. In addition, the BACR will include a reference to the support provided herein in all publications made possible with funds made available under this Agreement.
District Recognition. The Cooperator shall recognize District funding in any reports, models, studies, maps or other documents resulting from this Agreement, and the form of said recognition shall be subject to District approval.
District Recognition. The General Manager, or any person or organization duly authorized by the General Manager, is the representative of the San Mateo County Harbor District, hereinafter referred to as the "District", in Employer-Employee relations.

If construction is involved, the COOPERATOR shall provide signage at the PROJECT site that recognizes the DISTRICT’S funding for the PROJECT. All signage must receive the DISTRICT’S written approval as to form, content and location, and must be in accordance with local sign ordinances.

The District General Manager, or any person or organization duly authorized by the District General Manager, is recognized as the representative of the District in all matters pertaining to employer-employee relations, pursuant to Title 3, Chapter 3.06 of the District Code, adopted by the District Board of Directors on September 15, 1969.
