District Recognition. The BACR shall ensure recognition of the role of the DISTRICT in providing services through this Agreement. All activities, facilities and items utilized pursuant to this Agreement shall be prominently labeled as to funding source. In addition, the BACR will include a reference to the support provided herein in all publications made possible with funds made available under this Agreement.
District Recognition. The General Manager, or any person or organization duly authorized by the General Manager, is the representative of the San Mateo County Harbor District, hereinafter referred to as the "District", in Employer-Employee relations.

District Recognition. The Association and its representatives shall recognize the prerogatives of the District to operate and manage the affairs of the Belgrade School District to the full extent authorized by law and this Agreement.
