Role of the District. Participant acknowledges and understands that some or all of the Activities may be provided through third parties, that any such third parties are not affiliated with the District in any way, that the District does not endorse any such third parties, and that the District makes no representations concerning the qualifications or ability of any such third parties to conduct, teach, or lead the Activities.

A. Verify the enrolled students are residents of the school district and eligible for enrollment in accordance with Section 1007.271, Florida Statutes.
B. Verify that the high school student and his/her parent(s) or guardian(s) have been counseled on the advisability of taking one or more college courses while in high school and on the specific requirements of the Dual Enrollment program. Pre-registration advising will include the curricular expectations of university- level academic work that typically exceed the work required of high school courses. Pre-registration advising will also include information regarding UF's published add/drop policies and deadlines, as well as the impact of performance in Dual Enrollment courses, which become a part of a student's permanent college transcript and are calculated into the student's permanent postsecondary GPA.
C. Provide any required services to support a student's IEP consistent with the legal requirements for serving students with special needs in a virtual school.
D. Provide access to computers and equipment, with internet access as necessary.
E. Inform students and their parents about opportunities for students to participate in Dual Enrollment with the University.
F. Designate a District Liaison to act for School Board in all matters pertaining to this Agreement and to accept and approve all deliverables and invoices.
G. Pay UF the standard tuition rate per credit hour plus the tuition differential set forth in UF Regulation 3.0375, as amended, from the Florida Education Finance Program funds to the University. The current amount is
H. Reimburse UF for instructional materials and tuition for all students who are registered by the end of UF’s Drop/Add period, within thirty (30) days of receipt of the invoice. The District will have no obligation to pay tuition for summer terms.
I. Provide Dual Enrollment students, free of charge, required college instructional materials in accordance with Section 1007.271(17), Florida Statutes. Instructional materials purchased by the District on behalf of Dual Enrollment students shall be the property of the District against which the purchase is charged.

Role of the District. Verify the enrolled students are residents of the District and provide appropriate, executed releases to the parent for presentation to the School District of Xxx County for registration.
Role of the District. The DISTRICT is an independent contractor. The DISTRICT shall provide high quality early childhood and family services, as outlined in the scope of services included in this contract, for Eighty-three (83) Head Start children and their families, through its Raytown School District /Three Trails Preschool program. These services will be aligned with XXXX’s policies and procedures, as referenced in Exhibit A, to support MARC’s compliance with Head Start performance standards for early childhood and family services. The failure of the DISTRICT to implement the early childhood and family services as outlined in the Scope of Services Exhibit A shall be grounds for termination of this Agreement pursuant to the following procedures. XXXX will implement regular reviews and tests for compliance to determine that the Agreement is being followed as intended and will inform the DISTRICT of any irregularities or deficiencies identified in these reviews and inform the DISTRICT that it must correct any such deficiencies using one of the following processes selected by XXXX:
a. Correct the deficiency immediately if XXXX finds that the deficiency threatens the health or safety of staff or program participants or poses a threat to integrity of Federal funds;
b. Correct the deficiency not later than 90 days after the identification of the deficiency if XXXX finds, in the discretion of MARC, that such a 90-day period is reasonable, in light of the nature and magnitude of the deficiency; or,
c. Correct the deficiency pursuant to a quality improvement plan submitted to MARC by the DISTRICT and approved by XXXX. Any such plan shall be fully implemented, and the deficiencies shall be fully corrected within six (6) months of identification unless MARC, in its sole discretion, determines additional time is necessary to correct the deficiency. In no case shall a deficiency be allowed to exist for longer than one year from the date of its identification. XXXX shall conduct monthly monitoring reviews of the DISTRICT when it is in the process of correcting a deficiency until all deficiencies are corrected or until MARC proceeds to terminate or deny refunding to the DISTRICT. Role of the District. 1. The District will provide for, and coordinate agencies in, the delivery of soil and water quality conservation planning assistance to users of agricultural lands within Chesapeake Bay Preservation Areas.
2. The District has adopted a procedure for prioritizing assistance to users of agricultural lands within Chesapeake Bay Preservation Areas. Priority will be given to agriculture landowners with cropland in the Critical Resource Protection Area (CRPA).
3. The District will conduct conservation assessments and develop and approve agricultural soil and water quality conservation plans.
4. The District will approve or disapprove all requested reductions of the CRPA buffer on agricultural lands.
5. The District will provide assistance to the County in conducting spot check reviews of approved soil and water conservation plans and CRPA buffer reductions. This assistance will be limited to a total of 10% per year of the sites operating under an approved plan or having obtained a CRPA buffer reduction.
6. The District will report to the County on a quarterly basis regarding soil and water quality conservation planning progress, buffer area reduction applications, and spot check findings.
7. The District will coordinate an educational program to inform farmers and agricultural landowners about the program, procedures, and alternatives.
8. The District will provide, to the extent possible, technical assistance for the implementation of agricultural best management practices.
