Drug/Alcohol. The Employee hereby confirms to participate in drug and alcohol test when requested by the Owner / ISM Manager. This may be on a random basis or in response to a specific set of circumstances, according to the Owner’s / ISM Manager’s Policy.

Possession of or attendance under influence of unauthorized prescription drug, alcohol, narcotic, counterfeit drugs or paraphernalia (vape pens and e-cigarettes may be considered paraphernalia). First Offense: In-school suspension or 1-180 out-of-school suspension, notification to law enforcement officials and documentation in student’s discipline record. Subsequent Offense: 1-180 days out-of-school suspension or expulsion, notification to law enforcement officials and documentation in student’s discipline record.
Drug/Alcohol. 11.3.1. All Parties are required to be in compliance with their own organisation’s Drug & Alcohol Control Procedures and the policy and procedures of the other if operation in their area of responsibility.

Vendor and all subcontractors, if any, also shall adhere to all District Board polices and procedures that prohibit the possession, distribution, sale, dispensation, or use of any alcohol or tobacco products while on District premises or at District related functions.
