Drug/Alcohol. Contractor must have a substance use statement similar to or more stringent than the statement in Attachment G – Drug and Alcohol.
Drug/Alcohol. The Employee hereby confirms to participate in drug and alcohol test when requested by the Owner / ISM Manager. This may be on a random basis or in response to a specific set of circumstances, according to the Owner’s / ISM Manager’s Policy.
Drug/Alcohol a. Possession of or attendance under influence of unauthorized prescription drug, alcohol, narcotic, counterfeit drugs or paraphernalia (vape pens and e-cigarettes may be considered paraphernalia). First Offense: In-school suspension or 1-180 out-of-school suspension, notification to law enforcement officials and documentation in student’s discipline record. Subsequent Offense: 1-180 days out-of-school suspension or expulsion, notification to law enforcement officials and documentation in student’s discipline record.
Drug/Alcohol. The parties agree that the North Shore Health policy and procedure, Drug and Alcohol Testing Policy, effective 1/2011 shall remain in effect during the term of this collective bargaining agreement.
Drug/Alcohol. 11.3.1. All Parties are required to be in compliance with their own organisation’s Drug & Alcohol Control Procedures and the policy and procedures of the other if operation in their area of responsibility.

Vendor and all subcontractors, if any, shall not manufacture, sell, distribute, dispense, possess or use controlled substances, as defined by Washington law, during the performance of this Agreement while on District property or at District related functions. Vendor and all subcontractors, if any, shall not possess any weapon, as defined by Washington state law and the federal “Drug-Free Schools Act,” on District property, at District related functions, or within 1000 feet of District property or District functions. Vendor and all subcontractors, if any, also shall adhere to all District Board polices and procedures that prohibit the possession, distribution, sale, dispensation, or use of any alcohol or tobacco products while on District premises or at District related functions.

ABUSE 31 13.1 Policy 1 13.1.1 St. Xxxxxxxxx—Xxxxx City Health Services and the Association recognize 2 their responsibility to maintain a safe and secure environment for the 3 Hospital's patients and employees. To fulfill this responsibility, all 4 employees are required to perform their duties in an effective and 5 responsible manner.

Drug/Alcohol. Under no circumstances will any Employee affected by alcohol and/or affected by any other drug be permitted to work or operate any equipment while at work. The Company has a strict drug and alcohol policy. Employees are to adhere to the Company policy as varied from time to time. Disciplinary action for offenders may include suspension without pay or termination of the offender’s employment. Employees agree that the Company may conduct random Drug/Alcohol testing any reasonable time determined by the Company.
