Trial Licenses. The license(s) granted herein excludes licenses obtained for trial or evaluation purposes. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT TO THE CONTRARY, FORWARD NETWORKS WILL HAVE NO WARRANTY OR SUPPORT OBLIGATIONS WITH RESPECT TO TRIAL OR EVALUATION LICENSES.
Trial Licenses. For the duration of your Trial license you will receive support as described in greater detail here: xxxxx://xxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/fiddler- everywhere/support subject to the limitations and restrictions described in the Fair Usage Policy (below). We reserve the right to limit, cancel, or adjust the scope of support available under a Trial license at any time in our sole discretion.
Trial Licenses. If You receive a trial license to Licensed Software, your rights to use the Licensed Software are limited to the trial period. The length of the trial period is set forth during the activation process, and the trial version may contain a subset of the features and functions of the full version. You may have the option to convert your trial to a paid Subscription License or Perpetual License. Conversion options will be presented to You at the expiration of your trial period. After the expiration of any trial period for a trial license to the Mindjet desktop app without conversion, most features of the Mindjet desktop app will stop running. At that time, the Mindjet desktop app will revert to Viewer Status. If the Mindjet desktop app is a version that You have converted or exchanged from a valid licensed prior version, You agree that by installing and using the Mindjet desktop app, You will no longer use the prior version. Mindjet reserves the right to require certification of the destruction and removal of such previous version of the Mindjet desktop app. After expiration of any trial period for a trial license to the Mindjet on-premise app without conversion, You must destroy all copies of the software and its documentation. Mindjet reserves the right to require certification of the destruction and removal of such software.
Trial Licenses. Oracle grants you a nonexclusive right for you and your distributors to distribute trial licenses of the application package to no more than 50 end users, at any one time, for the end users’ own internal evaluation purposes (and not for development, prototype, training or technical support purposes) pursuant to section G, License Agreement, below. Trial licenses shall be for 30 days and shall be subject to the terms of this agreement and the terms provided in the order. If your end users want to use a trial license for more than 30 days, then they must obtain an appropriate license and pay the appropriate fees. You must pay Oracle a fee for any trial licenses that you distribute that extend for more than 30 days. Programs licensed for trial purposes are provided “as is” and Oracle does not provide technical support or any warranties for these programs.
Trial Licenses. MM shall not provide trial or evaluation copies of the Products to Customers or others without the prior written consent of SunnComm. All trial or evaluation copies of the Products authorized by SunnComm shall be provided in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and shall be provided for no more than six months.
Trial Licenses. For Trial Licenses (defined below), Client may register on PlanetTogether’s website for a free trial and PlanetTogether will make a hosted version of the Software available to Client on a trial basis free of charge. Additional trial terms and conditions may appear on the trial registration web page. Any such additional terms and conditions are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and are legally binding. If Client uploads data to the hosted version of the Software, PlanetTogether will treat such data as Confidential Information under Section 10 below; however, (i) Client is solely responsible such data including taking appropriate measures to back up its data and for taking other measures to prevent any loss of files or data, (ii) PlanetTogether may delete all such Client data at any time during, or upon termination of, the Trial License. Under any Trial License, the Software is provided “AS IS” without any warranty of any kind and Client understands and agrees that the Trial License is specifically and expressly excluded from the warranties and terms set forth in Sections 7.1, 7.2 and 8.
Trial Licenses. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section C (Trial Licenses) of the agreement, for the purposes of this Addendum only, Oracle grants you a nonexclusive right for you and your distributors to distribute trial licenses of the EnCase Enterprise Examiner application package to no more than 500 end users, at any one time, for the end users’ own internal evaluation purposes (and not for development, prototype, training or technical support purposes) pursuant to Section G (License Agreement) of the agreement Of the 500 trial licenses, 400 shall be f30 day licenses and 100 ses shall be for 90 day licenses, all of which shall be subject to the terms of the agreement and the terms provided in the order. If your end users wish to use a trial license for more than the respective 30 or 90 days, they must obtain an appropriate license and pay the appropriate fees. For any trial licenses that you distribute that extend for more than the respective 30 or 90 days, fees for such licenses will be accounted for under Section 7 above. Programs licensed for trial purposes are provided “as is” and Oracle does not provide technical support or any warranties for these programs.
Trial Licenses. If Your License is indicated as a Trial License on the Quotation (“Trial License”), the license rights set out above with respect to Your use of such Trial License apply only for the time period authorised by Magnet Forensics (“Trial Period”) and solely to the extent necessary to enable You and the Users to test the Product in order to identify if the Product is suitable for purchase from Magnet Forensics. Additionally, the Product underlying the Trial License or delivered to you as a Free Tool is provided “AS IS” with none of the representations, warranties or indemnities provided in the Agreement. Notwithstanding the Trial Period, Magnet Forensics may terminate Your Trial License at any time and require that You cease using the Software. Schedule B – Additional VeraKey Terms and Conditions
Trial Licenses. BMC may make Services available to Customer on a trial basis without an Order and free of charge under the following terms: Any Services provided as a trial are provided to Customer solely so that Customer may evaluate internally, for no more than a 30 day period, whether to acquire usage rights to such Services for a fee. Such Services (a) are provided “AS IS” without any warranty, service level agreement or support, and (b) cannot be put into productive use or included as part of Customer’s business processes in any manner, unless or until it is expressly licensed and paid for under an Order. BMC may terminate all of Customer’s access, rights and licenses to these Services for BMC’s convenience upon notice to Customer. Upon the earlier of termination of the trial period or this Agreement, all Customer Data input into the Services during the trial period will be deleted. BMC’S ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES RELATED TO ANY TRIAL OF THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR SUCH TRIAL OR $100.
Trial Licenses we may provide you with certain Technology licenses, made available and expressly designated by UiPath as “trial”; you may use them in a production environment, for production purposes, bearing the entire risk associated with such use of the Technology; UiPath may provide standard Support for trial, at its own discretion.
