Duration of Rental. 1) The chargeable rental period of a bike/pedelec begins when nextbike sends the code for the bicycle/pedelec to the customer or when the lock is opened by the customer.

Liability and Insurance Contents of the rented room are the sole responsibility of the tenant. Appropriate contents insurance is recommended. The Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park is not liable for damages or theft. Deposits and Rental Fees I (tenant) agree to return the key assigned to the rental room. If the key is lost and/or not returned, I agree to pay Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park for the recoding and assignment of a new key for the room at an approximate value of $370.00.

Duration of Rental. The Renter shall return the vehicle at the location and by the date specified in the agreement with the same accessories and in the same conditions in which (s)he received them, with the exception of normal wear and tear. The Renter has no right to a reduction of the rental cost should (s)he return the vehicle early without having planned it with the Lessor.
Duration of Rental. The parties sign the contract for a definite time period, which is the same as the valid time period of Tenant’s Budapest Card (24-48-72 hours). The Lessor provides safe deposit services only until the expiration of Tenant’s Budapest Card, in case of non-payment the electric system automatically disables the service. The legal relationship regarding the rental ceases automatically if the Tenant is refusing to pay after a payment overdue notice. The Tenant may claim the items stored in the safe deposit box according to the ways described in the Terms and Conditions – Operating Regulations.
Duration of Rental. Early check-in prior to scheduled time is not allowed without prior approval. Check-out shall be no later than the scheduled Hours of Function above. A 15 minute notice will be given as a courtesy before your rental time is complete. All party packages are limited in time based on the Hours of Function. A $150.00 charge will be applied for every extra hour exceeding the Hours of Function, but Dreamland reserves the right to restrict or deny extra hour(s ) based on its schedule and/or lack of availability. Inspection: Management reserves the right to make periodic inspections of The Rental to verify compliance with all terms, policies and procedures. If, upon inspection of The Rental, Dreamland, in its sole discretion, determines that the Host(s) and/or Guest(s)have violated the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Dreamland reserves the right to require any or all persons in the rental party to vacate the premises. Any time remaining for the Hours of Function shall be forfeited and any rental payments shall be nonrefundable.
