Duties Rights and Remedies. A. The student agrees to comply with the Residence Hall Policies and Procedures, including procedures for checking into and out of the Residence, listed in the Loyola University Community Standards handbook. The Loyola University Community Standards handbook and any rules promulgated by Residence Life & Housing are hereby incorporated by reference into this Contract.

Duties Rights and Remedies. A. Students are responsible for the conditions of rooms, bathrooms, common areas, furnishings, and appliances supplied by the University. The student agrees to return the student's copy of Room Condition Form to AUH staff within 3 days after check-in if the student disagrees with the conditions noted on the form. Failure to return this form within the time specified shall constitute conclusive proof of acceptance by the student of the room or apartment, its furnishings and fixtures as being in the condition noted by the Property Management staff. Additionally, failure to follow established check-in procedures may result in a fine being charged for an improper check-in. Upon check-out, the student will pay for repair and restoration of any damage beyond normal wear and tear to restore the room, bathroom, and common area to the condition noted on the Room Condition Form.

Xxxxxxx: The NYCIntern Program of The King’s College is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to the intern’s personal property, and encourages all Interns to carry appropriate insurance. The College does not assume financial responsibility for medical care. Should an intern require medical attention, payment is the responsibility of the Intern.
