Early Bird Classes. If any member agrees to teach a class before the beginning of the basic workday, the member shall be granted an equivalent amount of release time at the end of the school day.

Early Bird Classes. Early bird classes will be determined by the schedule requirements. Any teaching assignments for the early bird classes will be from available staff chosen from volunteers. Assignments for early bird classes will be made if there are no properly certified volunteers. The day will begin at 7:00 a.m. for those teachers teaching the early bird classes. Their day will consist of seven hours and 45 minutes and will end at 2:45 p.m. With building principal approval teachers may choose to take their planning period before school, beginning at 7:00 a.m., or at the regular time after dismissal of students. The decision of the principal to approve/ disapprove the early bird planning period is not subject to the grievance procedure. This planning period will be at the same time daily, unless a teacher's meeting is called for after school. Any coach who chooses to begin practice at 2:30 p,m. will be expected to start his/her day at 7:00 a.m. with a fifty-minute planning period.
Early Bird Classes. The administration shall have the right to schedule “Early Bird” classes and assign teachers to those classes as outlined below. In the event a teacher is assigned to teach this period, his/her employment day shall end twenty-seven minutes after the teacher’s last period, including planning and supervisory periods. It is understood that if “early bird” classes are necessary the following will apply:

  • Reductions in Class Principal Balances of the Notes On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the Class Principal Balance of each Class of Original Notes will be reduced (in each case without regard to any exchanges of Original Notes for MAC Notes), without any corresponding payment of principal, by the amount of the reduction, if any, in the Class Notional Amount of the Corresponding Class of Reference Tranche due to the allocation of Calculated Tranche Write-down Amounts to such Class of Reference Tranche on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 3.03(b) above. If on the Maturity Date or any Payment Date a Class of MAC Notes is outstanding, all Calculated Tranche Write-down Amounts that are allocable to Original Notes that were exchanged for such MAC Notes will be allocated to reduce the Class Principal Balances or Notional Principal Amounts, as applicable, of such MAC Notes in accordance with the exchange proportions applicable to the related Combination.

  • Corresponding Class of Reference Tranches With respect to (i) the Class M-1 Notes, the Class M-1 Reference Tranche, (ii) the Class M-2 Notes, the Class M-2 Reference Tranche, (iii) the Class M-3A Notes, the Class M-3A Reference Tranche, (iv) the Class M-3B Notes, the Class M-3B Reference Tranche and (v) the Class B Notes, the Class B Reference Tranche.

  • Reallocation to a Class with a Lower Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position and chooses to remain in the reallocated position, the employee retains existing appointment status and has the right to be placed on the Employer’s internal layoff list for the classification occupied prior to the reallocation.

  • Reallocation to a Class with a Higher Salary Range Maximum Upon appointment to the higher class, the employee’s base salary will be increased to a step of the range for the new class that is nearest to five percent (5.0%) higher than the amount of the pre-promotional step, or to the entry step of the new range, whichever is higher.

  • SPECIALIZED JOB CLASSES Where there is a particular specialized job class in which the pay rate is below the local market value assessment of that job class, the parties may use existing means under the collective agreement to adjust compensation for that job class.

  • PAYMENT TERMS/DISCOUNTS The County’s payment terms are in accordance with Florida Statute 218, Local Government Prompt Payment Act. Cash discounts for prompt payment shall not be considered in determining the lowest net cost for bid evaluation purposes.

  • TEACHING HOURS AND CLASS LOAD A. Teacher hours of duty shall be: Seven (7) hours and forty-five (45) minutes per day

  • Reallocation to a Class with an Equal Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position, the employee remains in the position and retains existing appointment status.

  • Increases in Class Principal Balances of the Notes On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the Class Principal Balance of each Class of Original Notes will be increased (in each case without regard to any exchanges of Class M Notes for MAC Notes) by the amount of the increase, if any, in the Class Notional Amount of the Corresponding Class of Reference Tranche due to the allocation of Tranche Write-up Amounts to such Class of Reference Tranche on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 3.03(c) above. If on the Maturity Date or any Payment Date a Class of MAC Notes is outstanding, all Tranche Write-up Amounts that are allocable to Class M Notes that were exchanged for such MAC Notes will be allocated to increase the Class Principal Balances or Notional Principal Amounts, as applicable, of such MAC Notes in accordance with the exchange proportions applicable to the related Combination.
