Earnings Representations a. The following shall be considered “earnings representations” under this Code:
Earnings Representations. I acknowledge that I am prohibited by law and by Company Policies from making income projections or claims or disclosing my own or anyone else’s income when presenting or discussing the Hello Love business, except in strict compliance with the requirements set forth in the Company Policies. I understand that success as a Fanatic is not guaranteed in any way and requires, among other things, hard work, dedication, and sales skills required for success in any business, and I will ensure that my statements to potential recruits reflect this understanding. I will refrain from making claims as to income potential, either written or oral, except those prepared by the Company for illustration purposes only. When presenting the Company program to others, I will present the program in its entirety, without omission, distortion, or misrepresentation.
