EASTER TUESDAY Sample Clauses

EASTER TUESDAY. 55.1 All employees may have the Easter Saturday benefit from the Health & Allied Services 55.1.1 An employee who ordinarily works Monday to Friday only and who does not work on Easter Saturday shall be entitled to: (a) one day’s pay in respect of Easter Saturday; or (b) where there is mutual consent, within four weeks following the date on which such holiday occurred, the employee may take a day off in lieu; or (c) have one day added to their annual leave. 55.2 Despite the operation of clause 54.1 employees who currently receive Easter Tuesday as a public holiday cannot also benefit from this clause (i.e. both benefits cannot be availed of); 55.3 The above is available by mutual agreement subject to operational coverage being met and no backfill or additional labour costs being incurred; 55.4 If substitution of those days cannot be operationally achieved, then the affected employees may take the day at a mutually agreed time in the subsequent four weeks;

EASTER TUESDAY. Easter Tuesday will be a paid public holiday for all purposes of this Agreement.
EASTER TUESDAY. Easter Tuesday shall be observed as a Public Holiday in lieu of Easter Saturday and any work performed on Easter Saturday shall be paid at ordinary Saturday penalty rates. Should any of the nominated Public Holidays fall on a weekend, the following Monday or other day as agreed shall be taken in lieu.

  • Monday morning The employee should not work more than 16 hours without an 8 hour break.

  • Monday An employee should not work more than 16 hours and must take an 8 hour break before continuing work. Therefore, an employee called in at 7:00 p.m. Sunday could work until 11:00

  • Monday through Friday We ask for your patience during busy periods since you may experience a higher than usual rate of busy signals and longer hold times to speak to us. We look forward to serving you.

  • Central Time After all Parties have been notified, the provisions of paragraphs (b) and (c) of this Section 2.1 shall apply.”

  • Pacific Time If enabled by Platform, the Same Day ACH means that the transfer will be performed within one (1) business day. Any same day ACH transfer scheduled after the cut-off time will be treated as if it were scheduled as next day ACH transfer. In some circumstances, transactions may be delayed for risk or compliance reasons.

  • Afternoon Shift (i) Afternoon Shift is any shift where the normal ceasing time is later than 6.00 p.m. but not later than midnight. (ii) The additional loading for ordinary hours only shall be twenty-five percent (25%) of the all purpose rate applying to the Employees' classification.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An Employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half (2½) for hours worked, plus a day off subject to this Agreement.

  • Eastern Time Upon receipt of Instructions, and upon your determination that there are good funds with respect to Instructions involving the purchase of shares, you will calculate the net purchase or redemption order for each Portfolio.

  • Christmas Day Melbourne Cup Day (or alternative days in regional areas);

  • Flex Time Upon agreement of the supervisor's immediate supervisor, an individual flex-time schedule may be established.
