Educational Plant Survey. A systematic study of educational and ancillary plants of an educational agency conducted at least every five (5) years. To evaluate existing facilities and to plan for future facilities to meet proposed program needs
Educational Plant Survey. Educational Plant Survey updates are undertaken by the School Board at least every five years. Three months prior to preparation of the Educational Plant Survey update, the Capital Outlay Committee established in subsection 2.2 will assist the School Board in an advisory capacity in the preparation of the update. The Educational Plant Survey shall be consistent with the requirements of Section 1013.31, F.S., and include at least an inventory of existing educational facilities, recommendations for new and existing facilities, and the general location of each in coordination with the land use plan. Upon receipt of the Educational Plant Survey update, the Capital Outlay Committee will have fifteen (15) calendar days to evaluate and make recommendations regarding the location and need for new schools, significant renovation or expansion, and closures of educational facilities, and the consistency of such plans with the local government comprehensive plan and relevant issues listed in Sections 5.2, 5.3, 6.1, 7.4 and 8.1 of this Agreement.
Educational Plant Survey. At least one year prior to preparation of the Educational Plant Survey which is updated every five (5) years, the Staff Working Group established in Subsection 2.1 will assist the Superintendent in preparation of the update. The Educational Plant Survey shall be consistent with the requirements of Section 1013.31, Florida Statutes, and include at least an inventory of existing educational facilities, recommendations for new and existing facilities, and the general location of each in coordination with the applicable land use plan.
Educational Plant Survey. The Educational Plant Survey update will be completed every five years, and a copy will be provided to the SWG within ten (10) days after receipt of such update by the School Board staff. The Educational Plant Survey shall be consistent with the requirements of Section 1013.31, F.S., and include at least an inventory of existing educational facilities, recommendations for new and existing facilities, and the general location of each in coordination with the land use plan. The SWG shall review the Educational Plant Survey update and provide comments as necessary to the School Board staff within ten (10) days after receipt of such update. The SWG shall also provide comments as necessary to the School Board regarding the preparation of the next Educational Plant Survey update to assist the School Board in the preparation of that update.
Educational Plant Survey. At least six months prior to preparation of the Educational Plant Survey, the staff representatives described in Subsection 1.1.1 shall provide input in the preparation of the Educational Plant Survey update. The staff representatives shall evaluate and provide input regarding the location and need for new educational facilities or significant renovation and expansion of existing educational facilities or closure of existing school facilities. The Educational Plant Survey shall reflect the CSAs as provided in Section 5 of this Agreement. Minor amendments to the Educational Plant Survey made each year shall not be subject to the requirements of this section, although the staff representatives shall make reasonable efforts to have amendments discussed at the quarterly staff meetings as provided in Subsection 1.1.1.

Educational Plant Survey. PTAC will assist the School Board in an advisory capacity in the preparation and update of the Educational Plant Survey. The Educational Plant Survey shall be consistent with the requirements of Section 1013.33, F.S. Upon receipt of the Educational Plant Survey, PTAC will have twenty (20) days to evaluate and make recommendations regarding the location and need for new schools, significant renovation or expansion, and closures of educational facilities, and the consistency of such plans with the local government comprehensive plan and relevant issues listed in Subsections 5.2, 5.3, 6.1, and
8.1 of this Agreement.
Educational Plant Survey. At one of the two joint staff meetings required in Section 1 of this Agreement, the staff representatives from the County and the Cities will provide input to assist in the preparation of the Educational Plant Survey update. The Educational Plant Survey (required at least once every 5 years) shall be consistent with the requirements of Section 1013.31, Florida Statutes, and include at a minimum an inventory of existing
Educational Plant Survey. 4.2.1 At least one year prior to the preparation of the Educational Plant Survey update, the XXX Team established in Section 1.1 of this Agreement will assist the DCPS in an advi- sory capacity in the preparation of the update. The XXX Team will share analysis regard- ing the location and need of new or improvements to, existing educational facilities con- sistent with the Cities’ comprehensive plans.
Educational Plant Survey. A systematic study of present educational and ancillary plants and the determination of future needs to provide an appropriate educational program and services for each student based on projected capital outlay FTE's approved by the Department of Education. The Educational Plant Survey remains valid for five full years and is amended by Spot Surveys generated by the School Board and approved by FDOE during that period.
