Educational Program Goals. The School agrees to implement educational and related programs as specified in Appendices I and IV. Reading will be a primary focus of the School’s curriculum, and the reading curriculum will be based on scientific reading research that is consistent with the Sunshine State Standards. The School will provide adequate resources to identify and address the needs of students who are reading below grade level.

Educational Program Goals. The School agrees to implement educational and related programs as specified in Appendix I. Any change in such programs shall require the advance written approval of the Sponsor. Reading will be a primary focus of the School’s curriculum, and the reading curriculum will be based on scientific reading research that is consistent with the Sunshine State Standards. The School will provide adequate resources to identify and address the needs of students who are reading below grade level.
Educational Program Goals. The School agrees to implement its educational and related programs as specified in Attachment 1, the School’s approved application, setting forth the School’s curriculum, the instructional methods, and any distinctive instructional techniques to be used and the identification and acquisition of appropriate technologies needed to improve educa- tional and administrative performance which include a means for promoting safe, ethical, and appropriate uses of technology which comply with legal and professional standards. The School ensures that reading is a primary focus of the curriculum and that resources are provided to iden- tify and provide specialized instruction for students who are reading below grade level. Further the curriculum and instructional strategies for reading are consistent with the Sunshine State Standards, are grounded in scientifically- based reading research and are consistent with the State’s K-12 reading initiative. The School shall meet the following objectives as required by Section 1002.33, Florida Statutes: (a) Improve student learning and academic achievement. (b) Increase learning opportunities for all students with a special emphasis on low performing students and reading. (c) Encourage the use of innovative learning methods. (d) Require the measurement of learning outcomes. The School further agrees that its programs and operations shall be nonsectarian. The Sponsor shall ensure that the School is innovative and consistent with the state education goals established by Section 1000.03(5), Florida Statutes. The School will adopt the Sponsor’s school year calendar to provide instruction for at least the number of days required by law for other public schools.

DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST XXXX MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3).   • Incentive Programs During the Term of Employment, the ------------------ Executive shall be entitled to participate in any annual and long-term incentive programs adopted by the Company and which cover employees in positions comparable to that of the Executive.

  • Performance Goals A. The Trust and State Street have developed mutually acceptable performance goals dated March 1, 2011 , and as may be amended from time to time, regarding the manner in which they expect to deliver and receive the services under this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Service Level Agreement”).   • Bonus Programs Employee may participate in any incentive program which may be made available from time to time to Corporation’s employees at Employee’s level; provided, however, that Employee’s participation is subject to the applicable terms, conditions and eligibility requirements of the program, as they may exist from time to time.

  • The Program The Program is a comprehensive commercial energy efficiency program that offers financial incentives and financing for qualifying energy efficiency measures in commercial buildings to customers who are property owners, tenants or managers (customers) of ACE in New Jersey. Customers must receive ACE electric delivery service and be in good standing. Incentives are available to customers for the purchase and installation of qualifying energy-efficiency measures at the location where the qualifying project is to be installed. ACE will not offer financial incentives for the same eligible measure to those customers who have received financial incentives or rebates from other ACE energy efficiency programs.
