EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall become effective as of January 1, 2022, and shall continue in effect until December 31, 2024, unless CPH’s operating agreement with the Kenai Peninsula Borough terminates prior to December 31, 2024, in which case this Agreement shall terminate on the date of any such termination. EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT. This agreement takes effect on the date it is signed by the parties. It is valid until the mutual obligations of the parties are extinguished.
EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT. 3.1 This Agreement is concluded subject to the approval of the Annual General Meeting of the Controlling Entity and the approval of the shareholders’ meeting of the Controlled Entity. It becomes effective upon entry in the commercial register of the Controlled Entity and applies for the period from the beginning of the fiscal year of the entry.
3.2 The Agreement had a minimum term of five years, which expired on 31.12.2014. EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT. 10.1. This Agreement shall commence upon signature of the Chair of the County Board of Commissioners and Oakland Schools (“Effective Date”) and shall terminate three years from the Effective Date.
10.2.
