Effective Sept. 1/93 The Board agrees to continue separate pay scales for child and youth workers, and health care assistants, who were hired on or before February The Board shall keep these pay scales until December The child and youth worker and health care assistant jobs shall be re-evaluated prior to December using the same process and job evaluation system as for pay equity. The Board will be deemed to have met its obligations under clause if a general review of job classifications is undertaken as part of pay equity maintenance or as a result of new legislation.
