COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT COPIES. The Union and the Company desire every employee to be familiar with the provisions of this agreement and their rights and obligations under it. For this reason, the Company will print sufficient copies of the agreement for distribution.
COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT COPIES. 7.01 Within sixty (60) days following date of ratification of this Agreement (exclusive of July and August) the Board agrees to deliver an electronic copy of the new Agreement to the President of the Local for posting on the Occasional Teacher website.

COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT COPIES. 8.01 The Parties agree to share equally the cost of printing a sufficient number of copies of the Collective Agreement for distribution to members of the bargaining unit and to each principal of a secondary school within the jurisdiction of the Board.

The Board shallprovide each Occasional Teacher, on the OccasionalTeacher list for the current year, with a copy of the current collective agreementin forcebetween the Board and the Union. The Board shall provide a copy of the current collective agreement to the principal of each elementary school under the jurisdiction of the Board.

The Executive of the Occasional Teachers Local may use Board courier services when distributing notices to the schools for the Occasional Teachers.

Each member of the Union shall be provided with a copy of this Collective Agreement in an expeditious manner at the Board’s expense, within four (4) weeks of the Union and the Board agreeing on a final draft. The Collective Agreement shall be posted on within two (2) weeks of the Union and the Board agreeing on a final draft Each new Union member shall be provided with a copy of this Collective Agreement within four (4) weeks of the teacher’s date of hire. Evaluations Only supervisory officers and elementary principals and vice-principals shall evaluate a teacher’s competence. No members of the Union shall be required or requested to formally evaluate a teacher’s competence. Teachers shall be evaluated according to the evaluation procedures and policies as outlined in Board Evaluation Policy of the District School Board Policy Manual which may be amended from time to time. It is understood that the Board policy will comply with the Provincial Legislation and the Education Act (Reg Reg 98/02 Reg 99/02 Just Cause No teacher shall be demoted, suspended, discharged, dismissed or disciplined in any way without just and sufficient cause. Such cause shall be provided to the teacher in writing, within (five) calendar days the time the teacher is informed of any such action. There shall be a meeting held between the teacher and a Board representative to discuss the matter. The teacher shall have the right to have a representative of the Union present.
