Effective September 1, 2016 a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP-HSA) with a $1,500/$3,000 Deductible, funded jointly through a Health Savings Account. Health Saving Account Funding and Timing: The City shall fund its portion of the employee’s annual deductible into the employee’s HSA according to the following schedule:
a. The City will fund sixty percent (60%) of the annual deductible into the employee’s Health Savings Account on September 1, 2016.
Effective September 1, 2016.
