Eligibility for Guild Membership. (a) After 60 days of continuous employment, the Employer shall require as a condition of employment of each employee that the employee be and remain a member of the Guild in good standing. No employee shall be eligible for Guild membership until after 60 days of continuous employment with the Employer. All employees eligible to be in the bargaining unit who have been continuously employed for 60 days at the time the first Guild Shop contract becomes legally enforceable under the Labor Management Relations Act shall be required to be and remain a member of the Guild in good standing as a condition of employment.
