Eligibility for Occupancy. To maintain eligibility for occupancy during the Academic Year, the Licensee must be an enrolled student at CSUDH for a minimum of 12 undergraduate or 6 graduate units during each semester. Exceptions may be granted by the Director of University Housing or a designee, at his or her sole discretion. To maintain Housing eligibility for the summer term, the Licensee must meet one of the following criteria:
1. Enrollment at CSUDH during the summer academic term for 6 or more undergraduate units or 4 graduate units;
2. Employment by CSUDH during the summer academic term;
3. Enrollment for 12 undergraduate or 6 graduate units at CSUDH in the preceding spring academic semester and the following fall academic semester;
4. Exceptions may be granted by the Director of University Housing or a designee, at his or her sole discretion. Enrollment in Open University in any given academic term, does not count toward the number of units required for occupancy. Students enrolled in the American Language and Culture Program (ALCP) are eligible for occupancy on a space-available basis. Licensee is responsible for all Housing-related fees, even in the event that he or she fails to maintain enrollment at the minimum level necessary for Housing eligibility. The University may, at its sole option and discretion, revoke this License in accordance with the provisions herein if the Licensee fails to enroll in the minimum units, or drops below the minimum unit requirement after the beginning of the academic fee period.

To maintain eligibility for occupancy during the academic year, the Licensee must be an enrolled student at Cal State LA for a minimum of 12 undergraduate or 8 graduate units during each semester. Exceptions may be granted by the Director of Housing and Residence Life or a designee. To maintain eligibility for the summer academic semester, the Licensee must meet one of the following criteria:
1. Enrollment at Cal State LA during the summer academic semester for six or more units;
2. Employment by Cal State LA during the summer academic term;
3. Enrollment for 12 undergraduate or eight graduate units at Cal State LA in the preceding spring academic semester and the following fall academic semester;
4. Exceptions may be granted by the Director of Housing and Residence Life or a designee. Enrollment in Open University in any given academic term, does not count toward the number of units required for occupancy. Students enrolled in international programs, sponsored by the College of Professional and Global Education, are eligible for occupancy on a space-available basis.

ii. Employment by Cal State LA during the summer academic term;

Eligibility for Occupancy. To maintain eligibility for occupancy during the summer session period, the Licensee must meet one of the following criteria:
1. Enrollment at Sacramento State during the summer session period for 3 or more units per session;
2. Employment at Sacramento State during the summer session period;
3. Enrollment at Sacramento State in the preceding spring academic semester or the following fall academic semester;
4. Exceptions may be granted by the Executive Director of University Housing Services or a designee.
Eligibility for Occupancy. To maintain eligibility for occupancy during the academic calendar year period, the Licensee must be an enrolled student at California State University, Sacramento for a minimum of six (6) units for undergraduate students and a minimum of four (4) units for graduate students during each semester. Exceptions may be granted by the Executive Director of University Housing Services or a designee.
Eligibility for Occupancy. To maintain eligibility for occupancy during the academic year, the Licensee must be an enrolled student at Cal State LA for a minimum of 6 undergraduate or 4 graduate units during each semester. Exceptions may be granted by the Executive Director of Housing and Residence Life or a designee. Enrollment in another University in any given academic term does not count toward the number of units required for occupancy. Students enrolled in international programs sponsored by the College of Professional and Global Education are eligible for occupancy on a space-available basis. Licensee should note that being enrolled in less than full-time status may impact licensee’s financial aid and will not be an approved reason to cancel the Agreement.
Eligibility for Occupancy. Subtenant acknowledges that to be eligible to occupy the Premises, Subtenant must be enrolled full‐time (at least 12 credit hours per semester for undergraduate students and at least 8 credit hours per semester, as applicable, for graduate and professional students) in a degree program at the Columbus campus of Sublandlord throughout the term of the Sublease, provided however, that if Subtenant graduates during the term of the Sublease, Subtenant may continue in occupancy of the Premises until the expiration of the Sublease term. The Subtenant, to be eligible to live at the Premises, must already be registered for above mentioned program for the first semester of this Sublease term, as applicable, at the time that Subtenant submits the lease acceptance forms, and must not be required to register as a sex offender pursuant to any federal, state or local law. Subtenant shall immediately forfeit Subtenant’s right to occupy the Premises upon the occurrence, at any time during the term of this Sublease, of one or more of the following conditions: a) withdrawal or termination of Subtenant’s status as a student of Sublandlord after paying fees, but before classes begin; b) non‐ attendance or non‐ enrollment at Sublandlord’s Columbus campus; c) enrollment for 11 or fewer credit hours through the first Friday of classes for that semester; d) affiliation with special Sublandlord programs away from the Columbus metropolitan area for the entire semester; e) academic dismissal from Sublandlord, or f) marriage. Subtenant also acknowledges that to be eligible to occupy the Premises Subtenant must at all times during the term of this Sublease be an active member in good standing of the Fraternity/Sorority (as defined in the ‘Premises’ clause of the online subleasing process) and must also be eligible for occupying the Premises according to the rules and regulations as determined by the Landlord and the Fraternity/Sorority. The termination of the Subtenant’s eligibility or right to occupy the Premises pursuant to this paragraph shall not in any way relieve the Subtenant of Subtenant’s continuing obligation to pay Rent for the remainder of the term of this Sublease unless a replacement subtenant can be found to assume the balance of Subtenant’s obligations hereunder who is acceptable to the Sublandlord, the Landlord and the Fraternity/Sorority.

1. Enrollment at Cal State LA during the summer academic semester for six or more units;
2. Employment by Cal State LA during the summer academic term;
3. Enrollment for 12 undergraduate or eight graduate units at Cal State LA in the preceding spring academic semester and the following fall academic semester.
4. Exceptions may be granted by the Executive Director of Housing and Residence Life or a designee. Enrollment in another University in any given academic term does not count toward the number of units required for occupancy. Students enrolled in international programs sponsored by the College of Professional and Global Education are eligible for occupancy on a space-available basis. Licensee should note that financial aid is limited in the summer terms and will not be an approved reason to cancel the Agreement.
Eligibility for Occupancy. To maintain eligibility for occupancy during the winter intersession, the Licensee must be an enrolled student at Cal State LA for a minimum of 12 undergraduate or 8 graduate units during the academic year (Fall 2018 and Spring 2019 term). Enrollment in Open University in any given academic term does not count toward the number of units required for occupancy. Students enrolled in the English Language Program (ELP), sponsored by the College of Professional and Global Education, are eligible for occupancy on a space-available basis.
Eligibility for Occupancy. I understand that I will no longer be eligible for occupancy in this project if my income exceeds the maximum allowable adjustable income as defined periodically by the RHCDS for the State of Minnesota. I understand that I may be required to move or pay an increased rent if household income increases above “moderate income” as defined by RHCDS. (This clause does not apply to leases for persons who are elderly, disabled or handicapped and living in a full-profit plan development). I agree that I will move out of the project within thirty (30) days of being notified by the Landlord that I am no longer qualified for occupancy unless the conditions cited in 7 CFR 3560.158 (c) exist.
