Housing Eligibility. College housing is normally available only to registered, full-time, degree-seeking students of the College. Students with assigned status who do not register as full-time degree-seeking students at the College may forfeit (lose)any assigned housing unit and the College may terminate (end) this Contract. The College reserves and has the right, in its sole discretion, not to terminate (end) this Contract if the student does not register as a full-time student of the College. Students who do not pay their tuition and fees by the College's established tuition deadline may be removed from housing at the College's discretion. Students on the waiting list who do not pay their tuition and fees by the College's established tuition deadline may be passed over for assignment to housing until they have paid their tuition and fees and become a registered student for the term. Students who are required by Pennsylvania law or "Xxxxx's Law" to be registered as a sex offender are not eligible for College housing.
Housing Eligibility. University Housing is available to students who are officially admitted to the University and who are registered/enrolled as a full-time student. Students who drop below full-time status during the term of the Contract and wish to remain in University Housing must submit a request in writing to the Residence Hall administration and the request must be approved. The priority is given to full-time students. Part-time students will be accommodated if space is available. A signed, valid Contract must be present, prior to any student occupying any University Housing facility. This Contract does not guarantee any specific room within the Residence Hall. Rooms are assigned by the Residence Hall administration.
Housing Eligibility. 1) To be eligible to live in the residence halls, a student must be:
a. Enrolled for a minimum of six (6) semester hours (not including audit or removal of incomplete grades) during both fall and spring semesters.
b. Making reasonable progress toward the pursuit of a degree.
Housing Eligibility. Only full-time (12 or more credit hours) CSC students may reside in CSC residence halls unless prior written approval is granted by the Director of Housing and Residence Life.
Housing Eligibility. Students living in the residence halls must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours each semester. Students living in the residence halls must be 17 years old by the first day of classes in the contracted semester per Nebraska State College System Board Policy 3500.
Housing Eligibility. Eligibility to reside in CTC Housing shall be determined by the University in consultation with the Co-op. Unless otherwise agreed by the University, eligibility will be limited to those persons listed below in the following priority order:
a. Actively enrolled undergraduate or graduate students with families
b. Individual actively enrolled graduate students
c. Limited Professionals in Training with families
d. Individual actively enrolled undergraduate students who have obtained senior class standing
e. Individual actively enrolled undergraduate students who have obtained junior class standing
f. Individual actively enrolled undergraduate students who have obtained sophomore class standing
g. Individual Limited Professionals in Training
h. Post-Doctoral Fellows (9560) and Associates (9546)
Housing Eligibility. 5.1. Only returning residents enrolled in summer semester classes or enrolled for fall classes at the University of Nebraska at Kearney or the University of Nebraska Medical Center are eligible for summer University housing.
5.2. Students must be enrolled in the third summer session to be allowed to check into summer housing after July 1st. After July 1st, students not enrolled in the third session will not be allowed to check into on-campus housing until Fall opening.
Housing Eligibility. To be eligible to live in NMSU housing, the Student must be an admitted and registered NMSU student, or an NMSU-affiliated community college, or both, and be at least 16 years of age at the time of occupancy.
Housing Eligibility. As a condition to the Resident's right to occupy the Premises, the Resident must comply with the criteria set forth below for the entire applicable period of occupancy. • Registered as a full-time University of Southern California student as defined by the University Registrar during each semester of occupancy. • Remain in good academic, conduct and financial standing at the University. • Student, faculty or staff member of the University of Southern California. (Proof required: current, valid University identification card). • Student, faculty or staff of other four-year universities or colleges with the support of a University of Southern California department. (Proof required: valid photo identification with written evidence from a home institution that substantiates an educational purpose in the USC area with support from a USC department). • Remain in good academic, conduct and financial standing at the University.
