Eligibility for Payment of Wages and Allowances. (a) The Employer is entitled to deduct payment for any day that the Employee cannot be usefully employed because of any strike or any breakdown in machinery or any stoppage of work by any cause which ceases operation for which the Employer cannot be reasonably held responsible, as long as the Employer has no alternative work available on the Site.
