Eligibility Upon Reemployment. If an Employee incurs a Separation From Service prior to the date he initially begins participating in the Plan, he shall be eligible to begin participation in the Plan on the later of the date he would have become a Participant if he did not incur a Separation From Service or the date on which he performs an Hour of Service after he incurs a Separation From Service. Subject to Section 2.04, once an Employee becomes a Participant, his eligibility to participate in the Plan shall continue until he Xxxxxx Service.
Eligibility Upon Reemployment. If an Employee incurs a Separation From Service with the Employer prior to the date he initially begins participating in the Plan, he shall be eligible to begin participation in the Plan on the later of (1) the date he would have commenced participation in the Plan if he had not incurred a Separation From Service or (2) the date on which he performs an Hour of Service after his Separation From Service. Subject to Section 2.04, once an Employee commences participation in the Plan, his eligibility to participate in the Plan shall continue until he Sevexx Xxxvice.
Eligibility Upon Reemployment. (a) A former Participant will become a Participant immediately upon returning to the employ of the Employer if such former Participant had a nonforfeitable right to all or a portion of his accrued benefit attributable to Employer Contributions at the time of termination from service.
(b) For a former Participant who did not have a nonforfeitable right to any portion of his accrued benefit attributable to Employer Contributions or for a former Employee (other than an Employee required to complete more than one Year of Service in order to become eligible to participate in the Plan) who had not yet become a Participant at the time of termination from service, the Participant's Years of Service prior to the Break(s) in Service will be disregarded if the number of consecutive 1-year Breaks in Service equal or exceed the greater of five (5) or the aggregate number of Years of Service before such Breaks in Service.
(c) If an Employee is required to complete more than one Year of Service for in order to become eligible to participate in the Plan, and such an Employee incurs a 1-year Break in Service before satisfying the Plan's eligibility requirements, service prior to such 1-year Break in Service shall not be taken into account in the determination of the Employee's eligibility to participate in the Plan upon reemployment.
(d) A former Participant who’s Years of Service before termination from service cannot be disregarded pursuant to Section 2.08(b) shall participate immediately upon reemployment.
(e) A former Employee who had met the eligibility requirements specified in the Adoption Agreement before termination from service but who had not become a Participant and who’s Years of Service before termination from service cannot be disregarded pursuant to Section 2.08(b) will become a Participant as of the later of:
(1) His date of reemployment; or
(2) The Entry Date next following his date of termination from service.
(f) A former Employee (including a former Participant) who’s Years of Service before termination from service can be disregarded pursuant to Section 2.08(b) will be treated as a new Employee for eligibility purposes and will be eligible to participate once he has met the requirements under the Plan following his most recent date of employment.
(g) If the plan includes a 401(k) arrangement, and if any Participant becomes a former Participant due to termination of employment or an eligible Employee who has met the eligibility requirements of Section ...
Eligibility Upon Reemployment. If an Employee incurs a Separation From Service, he shall be eligible to recommence participation in the Plan beginning on the first day he performs one Hour of Service following his Separation From Service. Subject to Section 2.03, once an Employee becomes a Participant, his eligibility to participate in the Plan shall continue until he Sxxxxx Service.
Eligibility Upon Reemployment. Subject to the Break in Service rules under Section 1.6, a former Employee is reinstated as an Eligible Participant immediately upon rehire if the Employee had satisfied the Plan’s minimum age and service conditions prior to termination of employment, regardless of whether the Employee was actually employed on his/her Entry Date, unless the Employee is an Excluded Employee upon his/her return to employment. This requirement is deemed satisfied if a rehired Employee is permitted to commence making Section 401(k) Deferrals as of the beginning of the first payroll period commencing after the Employee’s Reemployment Commencement Date. If an Employee is reemployed prior to his/her Entry Date, the Employee does not become an Eligible Participant under the Plan until such Entry Date. A rehired Employee who had not satisfied the Plan’s minimum age and service conditions prior to termination of employment is eligible to participate in the Plan on the appropriate Entry Date following satisfaction of the eligibility requirements under this Article.

Eligibility Upon Reemployment. If a terminated Associate who was a Participant is reemployed, such Associate shall become a Participant immediately upon reemployment. All other Associates who are reemployed must meet the requirements of Section 3.01.
Eligibility Upon Reemployment. If an Employee sxxxxx Service with the Employer for any reason after fulfilling the eligibility requirements, the Employee shall be eligible to begin participation in this Plan on the day he first completes an Hour of Employment upon his return to employment with an Employer. Once an Employee has become eligible to be a Member, he shall continue to be a Member until he sxxxxx Service. A former Member shall become a Member again upon his return to employment with an Employer.
Eligibility Upon Reemployment. If an Employee incurs a Separation From Service with the Employer prior to the date he initially begins participating in the Plan under Section 2.02(a), he shall be eligible to begin participation in the Plan for purposes of making Salary Deferral Contributions, Catch-up Salary Deferral Contributions and Rollover Contributions on the later of (a) the date he would have commenced participation in the Plan under Section 2.02(a) if he had not incurred a Separation From Service or (b) the date on which he performs an Hour of Service after his Separation From Service. If an Employee incurs a Separation From Service with the Employer prior to the date he initially begins participating in the Plan under Section 2.02(b), he shall be eligible to begin participation in the Plan for purposes of receiving applicable allocations of Basic Matching Contributions, Supplemental Matching Contributions, Supplemental Contributions and QNECs on the later of (a) the date he would have commenced participation in the Plan under Section 2.02(b) if he had not incurred a Separation From Service or (b) the date on which he performs an Hour of Service after his Separation From Service.
