Email Forwarding. You state and warrant that you have the necessary rights to use the EMail forwarding service to forward, point your web space's email to the other e-mail address given by you.
Email Forwarding. Following its receipt of destination email addresses from Buyer, and for a period of One Hundred Eighty (180) days thereafter, Seller agrees promptly to forward to Buyer, using Buyer’s email address “@axxxxxxxxxxx.xxx” or as otherwise directed by Buyer, all email messages received by Seller that were addressed to any of the Rehired Employees.
Email Forwarding. Until December 31, 1999, Seller shall forward emails sent to the addresses set forth on Schedule 6.12 to addresses which Buyer shall provide. Seller shall have absolutely no liability under this provision except for willful misconduct. Seller agrees to perform email forwarding services for Buyer set forth on Schedule 6.12 in exchange for $2,000 paid to Seller at Closing.
Email Forwarding. This service permits email sent to a domain name to be forwarded to a another email address, i.e., xxx@xxxxxxx.xxx could be forwarded to xxx@xxxxxxx0.xxx.
Email Forwarding. From the Separation Date until September 30, 2003, the Company agrees to implement an email forwarding process to forward emails received at your Company email account to your new email account. You will not have access to Company email after the Separation Date. You agree and acknowledge that your receipt and transmission of email with your Company email address is subject to the Company's policies regarding use of email. You agree and acknowledge that email sent to your Company email address is the property of the Company and the Company may monitor the email to ensure that business issues are being addressed. You also agree to forward to the Company any emails relating to Company business matters.
Email Forwarding. The public Whois database requires an email address for every purchased domain name registration. When you add the Domain Privacy Service, the email address listed will be xxxxxx.xxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx. All messages sent to this email address regarding your domain forward to the email address listed on your account information.
Email Forwarding. LuxSci gives Customers the ability to configure rules that automatically forward email messages from their LuxSci email account to external email addresses that support TLS for secure email transmission. In this way, any potential ePHI is forwarded out of the account in a secure, encrypted manner. This feature is mainly intended to make it easy to integrate LuxSci services with those of other HIPAA-compliant email servers. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that email is not forwarded to locations that could result in violations of the HIPAA Security or Privacy Rules. Customer is responsible for preventing any HIPAA breach due to improper use or disclosure of ePHI resulting from ePHI being forwarded to improper recipients or insecure locations. For example, forwarding email to other Customer-controlled accounts at LuxSci or other service providers which are NOT HIPAA-compliant could render Customer not HIPAA-compliant in general and would be a violation of this Agreement.
Email Forwarding. (a) The service for which you have registered may, at your option, include Email Forwarding. To the extent you opt to use Email Forwarding, you are obliged to do so in accordance with all applicable legislation and are responsible for all use of Email Forwarding, including the content of messages sent through Email Forwarding.
(b) You undertake to familiarize yourself with the content of and to comply with the generally accepted rules for Internet and email usage. This includes, but is not limited to the Acceptable Use Policy, available at , as well as the following restrictions. Without prejudice to the foregoing, you undertake not to use Email Forwarding:
(i) to encourage, allow or participate in any form of illegal or unsuitable activity, including but not restricted to the exchange of threatening, obscene or offensive messages, spreading computer viruses, breach of copyright and/or proprietary rights or publishing defamatory material;
(ii) to gain illegal access to systems or networks by unauthorized access to or use of the data in systems or networks, including all attempts at guessing passwords, checking or testing the vulnerability of a system or network or breaching the security or access control without the sufficient approval of the owner of the system or network;
(iii) to interrupt data traffic to other users, servers or networks, including, but not restricted to, mail bombing, flooding, Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, willful attempts to overload another system or other forms of harassment; or
(iv) for spamming, which includes, but is not restricted to, the mass mailing of unsolicited email, junk mail, the use of distribution lists (mailing lists) which include persons who have not specifically given their consent to be placed on such a distribution list. Users are not permitted to provide false names or in any other way to pose as somebody else when using Email Forwarding.
(c) Registry Operator reserves the right to implement additional anti-spam measures, to block spam or mail from systems with a history of abuse from entering Registry Operator's Email Forwarding. However, due to the nature of such systems, which actively block messages, Registry Operator shall make public any decision to implement such systems a reasonable time in advance, so as to allow you or eNom, Inc. to give feedback on the decision.

Email Forwarding. The Company shall maintain the email address xxxxxxxx@xxx-xxxx.xxx under its domain server at no cost for a period of not less than six (6) months from the Closing Date, and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly forward all emails received at such address to xxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx or such other address as the Guarantor notifies Buyer in writing from time to time.
Email Forwarding. At no charge, SPX will immediately forward each email message delivered to any “@xxx.xxx” email address which was associated with an employee of any member of the Flowco Group (each, a “Covered Address”) to an individual destination email address selected by Flowco for each such applicable Covered Address. Once the initial forwarding for a given Covered Address is established, changes may be made to the destination forwarding location for $50 per change.
