Embedding. Embedding of Font Software into documents or internet pages is permitted using any technique, including @font-face, under the following conditions:
A. You must use the webfonts provided in your package. Linking to the full Open-Type font designed for desktop installation is prohibited.
B. The webfont may only be installed on website domains that are under the direct control of the licensee.
Embedding. You may embed the Font Software in documents, applications or devices either as a rasterized representation of the Font Software (e. g., a GIF or JPEG) or as a subset of the Font Software as long as the document, application or device is distributed in a secure format that permits only the viewing and printing but not the editing of the text. You need an additional license from JAF or its distributors (i) for the use of the Font Software in docu- ments, applications or devices permitting editing of the text, if such documents, applications or devices shall be distributed to third parties or (ii) if the Font Software is embedded neither as a subset nor as a rasterized represen- tation.
Embedding. Embedding of Font Software into documents or internet pages is permitted using any technique, including @font-face, under the following conditions:
Embedding. Network shall not embed any information, data, images, sounds or features into or around any portion of the Signal (collectively, “Embedded Information”) that is not related to the Service. Network agrees that it shall not include any Embedded Information that cannot be removed and/or blocked by the Distribution System using equipment then-existing and available at the Facility. Network hereby consents to such removal and blocking, and agrees to provide to DISH assistance and information reasonably requested by DISH with respect to the removal and/or blocking, as long as the removal and/or blocking will not remove, block, interfere with or impede in any way the Primary Signal or the Required Materials. If the equipment required for removal or blocking is commonly used in the cable television industry by DBS providers, DISH shall be responsible for obtaining the equipment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Network agrees that, other than Required Materials, it shall not include any Embedded Information that would impede, interfere with or degrade the function of any hardware, software, firmware or any other equipment or device used by DISH or degrade the Primary Signal. Network acknowledges that Nxxxxxx’x video based measurement system may cause minimal degradation to the Primary Signal that may be perceptible to Service Subscribers, and agrees that it shall use commercially reasonable efforts to transition to the Nxxxxxx audio based measurement system or a similar system that does not degrade the Primary Signal. Network represents that, other than the Required Materials, it is not currently engaged in embedding any Embedded Materials, and Network agrees that is shall provide DISH with ninety (90) days’ advance written notice (or such shorter time as is practicable under the circumstances) of its intention to embed any Embedded Materials prior to commencement of such embedding, which notice shall describe with specificity the information Network intends to embed and the technical placement of the information within the Signal. Further, Network agrees that after commencement of the embedding, it shall provide DISH with at least one hundred twenty (120) days’ advance written notice (or, if shorter, the maximum length of time that is practicable under the circumstances) of its intention to change any of the Embedded Materials and/or the technical placement of the Embedded Materials within the Signal.
Embedding. You may embed the licensed fonts into any document you send to third parties. Such documents may be viewed and printed (but not edited) by the recipients. You may not under any circumstances embed the licensed fonts into software or hardware products in which the fonts will be used by the purchasers of such products, without written permission from Quantum Enterprises and an authorised modification to the license agreement. Please write to xxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx for more information.
Embedding. Products may be embedded into electronic documents on unlicensed CPUs provided that;
Embedding a. Document Embedding (including PDF, Microsoft Word® & Microsoft Powerpoint®) Documents embedding the Font and sent to third parties, must be read-only by those recipients. Documents embedding the Font and created for in-house use or sent to third parties working on behalf of the Licensee (as described in Section 5 “Third Parties”) may be editable.
Embedding. Due to the fact that some events are related to others or often proceed a specific event, an embedding layer is used to plot the events in a higher dimensional space, with more similar events ‘closer’ to one another. The size of the embedding is a hyperparameter (i.e a model parameter that needs to be tuned). The output of the embedding layer is fed into a dropout layer (10%). Dropout is implemented to ensure a certain level of self-regularization during the training of the model. It ignores a part of the neurons (in this case 10%) during the forward or backwards pass in the training phase. This regularizes the importance of the neurons in a network, resulting in less overfitting in general.
Embedding. The instance of the font software contained within another software (E.G. a web browser, an application etc).
Embedding. You may embed the Font in scalable format in electronic documents for delivery to third parties (such as PDF or EPS files), provided that such documents can only be used for Print and Preview. You may not use such documents for commercial distribution in the form of electronic books, magazines, templates for commercial editions, etc. Such use requires Additional License.
