Emergency Drivers. Would include the Groundspeople or Mechanics only in the event that no Bus Driver is available, provided they hold the appropriate license. In the event that no bus driver is available, the Board may employ other CUPE members holding the appropriate license. Such qualified person must participate in training procedures, as determined by the Board.

Emergency Drivers. Emergency Drivers may be used: A. When a true emergency exists. B. At the discretion of the Employer, once in the fall and once in the spring of each school year, in place of a non-bargaining unit driver in order to maintain their proficiency (one regular route, a. m. or p.m.).

Emergency Drivers. A trip that takes place between Monday-Friday and less than eight (8) hours. Trips are assigned at the discretion of the Manager of Transportation or and are generally based on the availability of drivers as well as departure time of busses. All attempts will be made to use regular drivers upon completion of their regular assigned duties. From time of departure to arrival at Bus Garage including fuelling and sweeping bus. All time is at straight time inclusive of waiting and lunch time. Minimum of two (2) hours for return trips that start before or conclude after school hours. If it exceeds eight (8) hours “A” allocations apply. Would include the Groundsman or Mechanics only in the event that no Bus Driver is available.

  • Emergency Escalation Escalation is strictly for purposes of notifying and investigating possible or potential issues in relation to monitored services. The initiation of any escalation and the subsequent cooperative investigations do not in themselves imply that a monitored service has failed its performance requirements. Escalations shall be carried out between ICANN and Registry Operators, Registrars and Registry Operator, and Registrars and ICANN. Registry Operators and ICANN must provide said emergency operations departments. Current contacts must be maintained between ICANN and Registry Operators and published to Registrars, where relevant to their role in escalations, prior to any processing of an Emergency Escalation by all related parties, and kept current at all times.
