Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is the physical location at which the coordination of information and resources to support incident management (on- scene operations) activities normally takes place. In the context of this Agreement, an EOC includes support and coordination facilities such as emergency coordination centers (ECCs), department operations centers (DOCs), and fire operations centers (FOCs).
Emergency Operations Center (EOC). The physical location at which the coordination of information and resources to support incident management (on-scene operations) activities normally takes place. An EOC may be a temporary facility or may be located in a more central or permanently established facility, perhaps at a higher level of organization within a jurisdiction. EOCs may be organized by major functional disciplines (e.g., fire, law enforcement and medical services), by jurisdiction (e.g., federal, state, regional, tribal, city, county) or some combination thereof.
Emergency Operations Center (EOC). The City will pay straight time overtime to unit members assigned to work beyond their regular shifts, when the City’s Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is open, when such assignments result from a federal or state- declared disaster declaration and when the overtime worked is expected to be reimbursed to the City by federal, state and/or other funding sources.
Emergency Operations Center (EOC). Is the physical location at which the coordination of information and resources to support incident management activities takes place. The Emergency Operations Center (EOC) functions as a communication center where information is received and analyzed. All information is documented and prepared and posted as reports, maps and forecast. Unless otherwise decided based on the scale of an emergency, Incident Management Team (IMT) members will run the Incident Command Post/Emergency Operations Center (ICP/EOC). If the situation increase, becomes more complicated or the Incident Commander (IC) decides a separate Emergency Operations Center (EOC) staff is needed, then, and only then will the Incident Command Post (ICP) and the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) be separated and fulfill their specific roles. The Incident Command Post/Emergency Operations Center ICP/EOC will normally be set up at the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ University-Hawaii (BYUH) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Building (LBS) Presidents Council Room. If it becomes necessary to have an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) separate from the Incident Command Post (ICP) the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) will be set up in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ University-Hawaii (BYUH) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Activity Center (CAC) Band Room or other facility as decided necessary. Other potential locations are the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ University-Hawaii (BYUH) Facilities Management Conference Room, the Stake Center High Council Room and the Library Instruction Room depending on the nature of the emergency. Emergency Operations Center (EOC). Personnel are Party agency employees and qualified emergency service volunteers responsible for various activities occurring within an EOC such as coordination, communications, resource allocation and tracking, and information collection, analysis and dissemination. They may be full-time emergency management personnel or other personnel from the Party agency, or qualified emergency service volunteers who augment the EOC during emergencies and are trained to regional standards.
Emergency Operations Center (EOC). Develop procedures and operational capabilities ensuring compatibility between the state, local, and DOE EOC. This will include integrated EOC activation, response, and recovery plans that include, but are not limited to, use of a standardized response protocol, resource list, mutual aid agreements, notification requirements, and coordinating roles and responsibilities. Each EOC will identify a 24-hour point of contact.
