Emergency/Personal Leave. ‌ The Fire Chief, or his designee, may approve up to forty-eight (48) hours leave to an employee for emergency leave, to be used in increments of no less than one (1) hour. If approved, such leave shall be charged to either the employees accrued vacation leave, compensatory leave, or personal leave, whichever the employee chooses.
