Employee Improvement Plan (EIP. Once an employee receives two (2) consecutive years of unsatisfactory summative evaluations, the employee shall be required to participate in the Employee Improvement Plan (EIP), the following school year. The purpose of this plan is to provide collaborative support for employee growth in the area(s) of need in accordance with the unsatisfactory summative evaluation. The employee shall have the right to representation during the evaluation conference.
