Employee Who Works The Holiday. (07) Employees who are required to work on a holiday for which they are qualified for holiday pay in accordance with articles 5.1 and 5.2 above shall be paid one and one half (1½) times their hourly base rate of pay for all time worked up to eight (8) hours and double (2) time for all hours worked thereafter. Employees on their regular day off who are required to work on a statutory holiday shall be paid at two (2) times their regular rate of pay (Article 10.8).

  • Compensation for Holidays Worked a. With the exception of the provisions in Section C.2.b., below, an employee required to work on a holiday listed above shall be paid at the employee's regular straight-time rate of pay for the hours actually worked.
