Employer-provided Clothing. When the Employer provides identical clothing as to style or fashion, the Employer shall furnish same, including cleaning and maintenance, with the exception of shirts.

  • Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Participation Pursuant to section 17076.11 of the Education Code, the District has a participation goal for disabled veteran business enterprises (“DVBEs”) of at least three percent (3%), per year, of funds expended each year by the District on projects that use funds allocated by the State Allocation Board pursuant to the Xxxxx X. Xxxxxx School Facilities Act (the “Act”). This Project may use funds allocated under the Act. Therefore, to the extent feasible and pertaining to future hirings, Architect, before it executes the Agreement, shall provide to the District certification of compliance with the procedures for implementation of DVBE contracting goals, appropriate documentation identifying the amount(s) intended to be paid to DVBEs in conjunction with the contract, and documentation demonstrating Architect’s good faith efforts to meet these goals.

  • Protective Clothing 14.1 The Employer will be required to provide the following protective equipment (SAA approved) for use, when necessary, by employees during the performance of their required duties:

  • Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises This section is applicable if Contractor received a disabled veteran business enterprise (“DVBE”) incentive in connection with this Agreement. Contractor’s failure to meet the DVBE commitment set forth in its bid or proposal constitutes a breach of the Agreement. If Contractor used DVBE subcontractor(s) in connection with this Agreement: (i) Contractor must use the DVBE subcontractors identified in its bid or proposal, unless the Judicial Council approves in writing replacement by another DVBE subcontractor in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; and (ii) Contractor must within sixty (60) days of receiving final payment under this Agreement certify in a report to the Judicial Council: (1) the total amount of money Contractor received under the Agreement; (2) the name and address of each DVBE subcontractor to which Contractor subcontracted work in connection with the Agreement; (3) the amount each DVBE subcontractor received from Contractor in connection with the Agreement; and (4) that all payments under the Agreement have been made to the applicable DVBE subcontractors. A person or entity that knowingly provides false information shall be subject to a civil penalty for each violation.

  • Employee Parking 29 (1) The County will eliminate any charge for parking to employees using County-owned or 30 controlled parking lots, except the Courthouse Annex and Safety Building Garage. The 31 County shall make every reasonable effort to secure such lots against theft and vandalism in a 32 manner consistent with location and type of facility.
