Engagement Timeline. The OCCFC and Forest Service agree to engage early and throughout the North Fork Xxxxx project planning and EA analysis. Generally, the OCCFC will work with the Forest Service to help frame the purpose and need statements based on a shared understanding of issues, with consideration for the regulatory and fiscal constraints that exist and input provided by other stakeholders during public engagement throughout the project. The OCCFC and Forest Service will engage during scoping to identify possible effects of various actions and carry-out joint fact- finding and shared dialogue through a series of meetings and field trips which may be open to the general public. The OCCFC will work with the Forest Service to discuss draft alternatives through subcommittee work and generate a shared understanding of the impacts of these alternatives. Finally, the OCCFC will provide feedback on drafts and collaboratively comment on draft decisions and final decisions when appropriate. To accomplish this level of engagement the OCCFC will dedicate a portion of its monthly meeting time as well as additional subcommittee time to engaging on the North Fork Xxxxx project. Similarly the Forest Service will attend monthly OCCFC meetings and subcommittee meetings when appropriate. Both the OCCFC and Forest Service will attend field trips to important sites throughout the process. The Collaborative Coordinator will attend Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings on a regular basis and keep both the OCCFC and Forest Service up to date on the other party's work.   • IRO Engagement 1. Indivior shall engage an IRO that possesses the qualifications set forth in Paragraph B, below, to perform the responsibilities in Paragraph C, below. The IRO shall conduct the review in a professionally independent and objective fashion, as set forth in Paragraph E. Within 30 days after OIG receives the information identified in Section V.A.9 of the CIA or any additional information submitted by Indivior in response to a request by OIG, whichever is later, OIG will notify Indivior if the IRO is unacceptable. Absent notification from OIG that the IRO is unacceptable, Indivior may continue to engage the IRO. 2. If Indivior engages a new IRO during the term of the CIA, that IRO must also meet the requirements of this Appendix. If a new IRO is engaged, Indivior shall submit the information identified in Section V.A.9 of the CIA to OIG within 30 days of engagement of the IRO. Within 30 days after OIG receives this information or any additional information submitted by Indivior at the request of OIG, whichever is later, OIG will notify Indivior if the IRO is unacceptable. Absent notification from OIG that the IRO is unacceptable, Indivior may continue to engage the IRO.

  • Engagement of Contractor Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, CDS engages Contractor to provide services specified in Section 1.2. Contractor hereby accepts this engagement by CDS with respect to such matters and for such compensation and terms as provided herein.
