Project Leads. Customer and Provider will specify in each SOW (a) an individual with responsibility and authority to operate as their company’s key point of contact and decisionmaker (a “Project Lead”) and (b) another individual with more senior executive authority to serve as their point of escalation (“Escalation Lead”).

Project Leads. The JRDC shall appoint a principal point of contact for each Party to act as such Party’s project lead (each, a “Project Lead”) and coordinate and act as a liaison with the other Party with respect to this Agreement. The Project Leads’ responsibilities shall generally include overseeing and supervising its Party’s fulfillment of its obligations under the Project Plan, understanding the obligations of the other Party under the Project Plan, and discussing the progress of the Project Plan and barriers to success, key issues and issues-resolution options with the other Party’s Project Lead and the JRDC.

Project Leads. 3.1 In order to support the performance of this Agreement, each Party shall designate a project lead (each, a “Project Lead”), who shall be an employee of such Party and shall be responsible for communications with the Project Lead for the other Party with respect to any matters relating to the Services and/or this Agreement, including without limitation those matters described in Section 3.2, below.
