Engine Records (for each engine. 5.1. Engine Master Record (record of last installation and accumulated flight time and cycles).
5.2. AD Compliance Report in the FAA approved format as used and certified by the previous operator.
5.3. List of Operator Modifications Incorporated, if any.
5.4. List of Major Repairs and Alterations, if any.
5.5. List and Current Status of Life Limited Components.
5.6. Repair, overhaul and inspection documents including FAA Forms 337.
5.7. Documents necessary to demonstrate installation and traceability to new (back to birth) for life limited components currently installed (to extent in Lessor’s possession).
Engine Records (for each engine. Each status summary signed and dated on the final page by the Lessee’s quality manager and all content pages initialed.
(a) Certified statement as to following:
(i) time and cycles since new
(ii) time and cycles since overhaul/performance restoration on each engine module
(iii) flying hours and cycles in lessee’s operation
(b) Engine Master Record (record of installation and removal and accumulated flight time and cycles for Engine and each module installed at Redelivery Date)
(c) List of Operator Modifications Incorporated if any including supporting documentation with Manufacturer approval
(d) List of all Major Repairs and Alterations if any
(e) Checks and l inspection Status
(f) Accessory Status sheet with certified TSO for each rotable item installed
(g) Last overhaul tags (or copies) for each of the accessory rotables
