Ensuring Program Accessibility. The City shall adopt policies, 12 procedures, and training to ensure that its affordable housing program 13 complies with the program accessibility requirements of Section 504, the 14 ADA, and Section 11135 and promotes maximum utilization of 15 accessible units by people with disabilities needing the accessibility 16 features, including provisions regarding Reasonable Accommodations, 17 Reasonable Modifications, Effective Communication, Auxiliary Aids 18 and Services, and Assistance Animals. 19 Within 180 days of the Effective Date, and in consultation 20 with the Plaintiffs, the City will conduct a self-evaluation pursuant to 21 Section 504 and the ADA, of the Housing + Community Investment 22 Department and the Department of Building and Safety, and develop a 23 transition plan to address accessibility deficiencies identified in the self- 24 evaluation. 25 Within 180 days of the Effective Date, and in consultation 26 with the Plaintiffs, HCID will revise its effective communication policy 27 to ensure that it complies with the requirements of Section 504, the 28 ADA, and Section 11135.

Ensuring Program Accessibility. The program will have written policies and procedures for accommodating the needs of persons who are: • Physically disabled; • Disabled and use the services of a personal care attendant; • Cognitively/developmentally disabled; • Non-English speaking, or who have limited English proficiency. All programs must develop and implement a written LEP plan; • Hearing impaired; • Visually impaired; • In need of transportation assistance due to a disability; and • In need of a service animal for assistance. The program will coordinate efforts with other service providers who can assist providing disabled individuals with accessing interpreters, personal care attendants, transportation, etc. The program will have access to material/information available in alternate formats such Braille, audiocassette, voice activated software, large print documents, CDs/DVDs, etc. The program will establish and maintain referral connections with community agencies and individuals for the provision of services which are required by the participant(s) and/or their family but which are not provided directly by the program. A community resource/referral list will be available to all staff and volunteers. This listing will include, but not be limited to the following information: hours of operation; eligibility criteria and the cost for service.

  • Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility For the purposes of this Agreement, the accessibility of online content and functionality will be measured according to the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA and the Web Accessibility Initiative Accessible Rich Internet Applications Suite (WAI-ARIA) 1.0 for web content, which are incorporated by reference. Adherence to these accessible technology standards is one way to ensure compliance with the College’s underlying legal obligations to ensure that people with disabilities are able to acquire the same information, engage in the same interactions, and enjoy the same benefits and services within the same timeframe as their nondisabled peers, with substantially equivalent ease of use; that they are not excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise subjected to discrimination in any College programs, services, and activities delivered online, as required by Section 504 and the ADA and their implementing regulations; and that they receive effective communication of the College’s programs, services, and activities delivered online.

  • Accessibility Supplier warrants that all Products will meet the requirements set forth in all federal, state, local and foreign laws, rules, and regulations applicable to accessibility of information technology for people with disabilities. Supplier agrees to use personnel trained and knowledgeable in supporting the needs of persons with disabilities in performance of Services under this Order.

  • Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended.   • Treatment Program Testing The Employer may request or require an employee to undergo drug and alcohol testing if the employee has been referred by the employer for chemical dependency treatment or evaluation or is participating in a chemical dependency treatment program under an employee benefit plan, in which case the employee may be requested or required to undergo drug or alcohol testing without prior notice during the evaluation or treatment period and for a period of up to two years following completion of any prescribed chemical dependency treatment program.

  • Quality Control Program The Contractor shall describe the Quality Control Program in a written document which shall be reviewed by the Engineer prior to the start of any production, construction, or off-site fabrication. The written Quality Control Program shall be submitted to the Engineer for review at least ten (10) calendar days before the start of construction. The Quality Control Program shall be organized to address, as a minimum, the following items:

  • System Access Control Data processing systems used to provide the Cloud Service must be prevented from being used without authorization. Measures: • Multiple authorization levels are used when granting access to sensitive systems, including those storing and processing Personal Data. Authorizations are managed via defined processes according to the SAP Security Policy • All personnel access SAP’s systems with a unique identifier (user ID). • SAP has procedures in place so that requested authorization changes are implemented only in accordance with the SAP Security Policy (for example, no rights are granted without authorization). In case personnel leaves the company, their access rights are revoked. • SAP has established a password policy that prohibits the sharing of passwords, governs responses to password disclosure, and requires passwords to be changed on a regular basis and default passwords to be altered. Personalized user IDs are assigned for authentication. All passwords must fulfill defined minimum requirements and are stored in encrypted form. In the case of domain passwords, the system forces a password change every six months in compliance with the requirements for complex passwords. Each computer has a password-protected screensaver. • The company network is protected from the public network by firewalls. • SAP uses up–to-date antivirus software at access points to the company network (for e-mail accounts), as well as on all file servers and all workstations. • Security patch management is implemented to provide regular and periodic deployment of relevant security updates. Full remote access to SAP’s corporate network and critical infrastructure is protected by strong authentication.

  • Drug Testing Procedures a. The testing procedures and safeguards provided in this policy shall be adhered to by any laboratory personnel administering departmental drug tests.

  • COVID-19 Protocols Contractor will abide by all applicable COVID-19 protocols set forth in the District’s Reopening and COVID-19 Mitigation Plan and the safety guidelines for COVID-19 prevention established by the California Department of Public Health and the Ventura County Department of Public Health.

  • Program Compliance The School Board shall be responsible for monitoring the program to provide technical assistance and to ensure program compliance.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.
