Equal Employment Opportunity Program. The DLA Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Employment Program (EEO/AEP) shall be designed to promote equal employment opportunity in accordance with applicable law and government-wide regulation. Local activities are authorized and encouraged to establish Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) programs and these programs are not precluded by this article.
