Permanent employees who use their seniority to access temporary work shall be allowed to revert to their home position during the term by mutual agreement. Notice given by the employee wanting to revert must relate to the amount of notice (or pay in lieu) required to be given to the employee backfilling their position. Temporary employees are not eligible for a definite leave of absence for the purpose of accepting another internal temporary or project position. A Temporary position shall not exceed twenty-four
