Equipment and Accessories. The University will provide police equipment and accessories to all Police Officers covered by this agreement as required by the Director of Public Safety. Such equipment and accessories will remain the property of the University and be subject to Departmental Regulations, and applicable New Jersey State Statute.

Equipment and Accessories. This category includes any equipment or accessories operating over cellular carrier provided network services or intended for use with cellular connected devices. Category 3- Turnkey Wireless and IoT Solutions that are offered as a product: This category includes any of the wireless or IoT solutions or applications being offered as a complete product by the cellular wireless carriers or any other Contractor(s). 2.1 Category 1- Cellular Wireless Services

Contractor will allow for equipment and accessory purchases at all retail stores open to the public. Sales personnel at retail stores will be aware of pricing from the Master Agreement that results from this solicitation.

Equipment and Accessories. 17.1 The Lessor do not manufacture the equipment and accessories and although they cannot warrant of guarantee their performance or reliability, they will make every effort to ensure equipment or accessories fitted or provided are of good quality. It is Client’s responsibility to make sure all equipment and accessories are in a good working condition prior to leaving Lessor’s depot. 17.2 In the case of equipment issues or failures, the Client can repair or replace equipment at the cost of the Lessor. Where the amount exceeds NAD 2,000.00 (two thousand Namibian Dollars alone) prior authorization from the Lessor should be obtained. In the case of larger and more specialized items like the fridges and roof tents where these are not usable and are not able to be replaced, the relevant item will be refunded from when it is reported faulty. This as long as it is due to fair wear and tear of the item itself and not usage related (dual battery system failure, fuses blown or loose wire connection, incorrect use etc.) or due to impact. 17.3 No tent is completely mosquito proof so other precautions should be taken in malaria areas. Zips which fail during the rental will not deem a tent unusable or validate the swop out of a tent unless otherwise agreed by the Lessor.
Equipment and Accessories. The Renter acknowledges that only the equipment listed in this Agreement will be provided; • The Renter will not remove, relocate or take any property of CCFO outside the facility for any reason without prior written approval from CCFO; • The Renter will remove all rental equipment, personal or organizational property upon the conclusion of his event, unless other arrangements have been made in the form of a prior written approval by CCFO ; • CCFO has the discretion to dispose of any posters, programs, stage properties or other items belonging to the Renter or anyone associated with him, left at the facility after the end of the rental period. The Renter may be billed to recover dumping fees and labour costs required for extraordinary cleaning and building restoration beyond normal requirements.
Equipment and Accessories. 1. The Client shall confirm receipt of the rented equipment and accessories and the number of items upon handover. During the rental period, liability shall transfer to the Client. The Client shall take out insurance for the rented items upon request. 2. The Client shall return the rented equipment to Xxxxxxx menü in a clean condition; in particular, the transport containers for food and beverages must be free from food residue. The Client shall bear the cost of replacing or repairing missing or damaged items. If collection by Xxxxxxx menü has been agreed, the Client shall keep to the agreed collection times. Should another journey be required for reasons for which the Client is responsible, he shall bear the resulting costs.
