ESA HOURS OF WORK. The parties agree that any changes to the current collective agreement that were made due to the Employment Standards Act (ESA) limitations/restrictions on hours of work, will be reincorporated back into the agreement should the legislation be amended to allow eight (8) hours rest between shifts. The provisions governing such changes will be the provisions of the (2009-2013) Collective Agreement.
