Escalator. Commencing with the 2016/17 negotiations, and continuing thereafter, the District’s required contribution for medical insurance premiums will be adjusted by the same percentage that is applied to the salary schedule for that year. The District’s required contribution for all medical premiums (Actives and Retirees) shall be included with salary costs when computing the cost of applying an adjustment to the salary schedule and to the District’s required contribution for medical insurance premiums.
Escalator. All payments of the Deferred Purchase Price shall be subject to the Escalator as provided in Section 2(b) of the Contract.
Escalator. To incentivize an earlier start to Project construction and to account for inflation and potential additional cost escalation over time, in the event the Developer has not either (i) Commenced Construction of the Project or (ii) obtained the Superstructure permit for the Project within three (3) years after the Effective Date of this Agreement, the amount of the Town Square Contribution shall be increased by five percent (5%) per year thereafter (compounded annually) until paid to the City. Force Majeure Delay pursuant to Section 3.2.2 shall not apply to postpone applying this escalator provision to the Town Square Contribution.
Escalator. Except for the Interim Sites, the License Fee shall be increased on the first (1st) day of the first (1st) month following the first (1st) anniversary of the SLA Commencement Date and annually thereafter by two and one-half percent (2.5%) (“Escalation Rate”) over the License Fee for the immediately preceding year. Automatic, Catalog or Price List Unit prices listed in the specific catalog or price list offered shall constitute the base price unit or unless changed by the publisher of the catalog or price list. A vendor may increase and shall decrease the price of individual products during the term of the contract to reflect changes in the catalog or price lists. The vendor agrees to furnish proof of such price changes upon request. Catalog item changes are limited to one change per 365 days.

The Parties agree to an adjustment of the lease rate (i.e. adjustment for inflation) every three (3) year using the U.S. Consumer Price Index (“CPI”) for all urban consumers for all items as published by the Bureau of Labor and Statistics of the Department of Labor with a cap of a 5% increase during any given adjustment period, with formula details to be included and negotiated in good faith in the lease documentation.

The Service Fee shall be adjusted on the first day of the month following the anniversary commemorating the in-service date of the Facilities and on the first day of the month following each subsequent anniversary to reflect change in the Producer Price Index ("PPI") [Series ID: PCU3563#12 N Gas Compressors]. The adjusted Service Fee shall be determined by multiplying the then effective Service Fee times one plus the percentage increase, if any, in PPI, for the preceding twelve months. If the PPI has not increased, the Service Fee shall not be adjusted under this provision.
