Evaluation Conference with Evaluatee. 20.8.5.1 The Peer Evaluation Committee and first-level manager or designee shall meet with the evaluatee to discuss the results of the comprehensive evaluation, including the peer evaluation, student evaluation, faculty member's self-evaluation, and administrator evaluation. The conference shall include, as appropriate, acknowledgment of good performance, proposed recommendations for improvement, and any suggestions for professional development.
