EVALUATION DEFINITIONS. A. Acceptable Performance requirements contained in Categories I, II, and III are met. The number of indicators specified for each standard of the Job Performance Competencies (Category I) are rated as acceptable. Additionally, the overall Performance Related to Job Targets (Category II) must be rated as "completed" or “progress has been demonstrated.” Agreed- upon Professional Growth Targets (Category III) shall be rated either "completed" or "in progress."

EVALUATION DEFINITIONS. VERBAL - All temporary and probationary unit members shall receive two (30 minute) observations. A follow-up conference shall be held within 10 working days of each observation. Form 12.1.2 V (see Page 60) shall be used. 12.1.2 V will not be sent to the Personnel Office, but may be useful to document subsequent written evaluations. WRITTEN - Two (30 minute) observations. A follow-up conference shall be held within ten (10) working days of each observation. Documentation shall include a written summary of each observation, as well as a final recommendation (see Page 61).

  • DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION Definitions 1.1 In this Contract, unless the contrary intention appears: Activity End Date means the date reported as such in a Student Statistical Report for an individual's enrolment in an individual subject. Activity Start Date means the date reported as such in a Student Statistical Report for an individual's enrolment in an individual subject. Apprentice has the meaning given to it in the Act. Approved Training Scheme means a training scheme approved under section 5.5.2 of the Act. Brokering Services means the recruitment of individuals to participate in Skills First subsidised training in exchange for payment from the Training Provider or the student.
