Evening and Night Premium. A) An employee who works her entire shift between 14:00 and 08:15 receives an evening or night premium for each shift, in addition to her salary, depending on the case.

Evening and Night Premium. An employee shall be paid a shift premium for every evening and night shift when one-half or more than one-half of the hours worked fall within the defined evening or night shift. In such cases the shift pre- mium shall be paid for the total number of hours worked. The shift premium shall apply to overtime hours worked during the evening or night shift.
Evening and Night Premium. A shift premium of one dollar and ninety-five cents ($1.95) per hour will be paid to all nurses working the evening shift and two dollars and thirty-five cents ($2.35) per hour will be paid to all nurses working the night shift. Effective April 1, 2017, a shift premium of two dollars ($2.00) per hour will be paid to all nurses working the evening shift and two dollars and forty cents ($2.40) per hour will be paid to all nurses working the night shift.
Evening and Night Premium. An employee shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and thirty cents ($1.30) per hour for each hour worked which falls within the normal hours of the evening shift and one dollar and fifty-five cents ($1.55) per each hour worked which falls within the normal hours of the night shift provided that such hours exceed two (2) hours if worked in conjunction with the day shift. Shift premium will not form part of the employee’s straight time hourly rate. For the purposes of this Article, the following defines hours of an evening and night shift: Evening: 16:00 to 23:00 Night: 23:00 to 07:00
Evening and Night Premium. The Hospital shall pay a premium of $3.00 per hour for each hour worked on the evening shift and $5.00 per hour for each hour worked on the night shift.
