Eligible List. An eligible list is a list of names of persons who have qualified by the procedures established for the selection of employees into positions within a given class.
Eligible List. The Commission shall establish an eligible list ranking members in the order of their final examination scores. The list shall be established within thirty (30) days of the oral board. The panel tasked with selecting and ranking the EMS Interns who will be placed on the EMS Intern List shall include at least one person appointed by Local 82.
