Common use of Executive Leave Clause in Contracts

Executive Leave. Employees who are both FLSA and contract overtime exempt 4 employees shall receive a minimum of five (5) days of Executive Leave, each calendar year, 5 consistent with King County policies, rules and procedures for the assignment and use of such leave. 6 This leave must be taken the year it was awarded, and may not be carried over from year to year.

Executive Leave. All employees who are exempt from 19 overtime exempt 4 employees shall receive a minimum of five at least three (53) days of Executive Leave, each calendar year, 5 consistent with King County policies, rules and procedures for the assignment and use of such leave. 6 This leave must be taken the year it was awarded, and may not be carried over from year to yearLeave annually.

Executive Leave. 17 Employees who are both FLSA and contract overtime exempt 4 employees shall receive a 18 minimum of five (5) days of Executive Leave, each calendar year, 5 consistent with King County 19 policies, rules and procedures for the assignment and use of such leave. 6 This leave must be taken the 20 year it was awarded, and may not be carried over from year to year. Although all employees in the 21 bargaining unit are paid on an hourly basis and are not eligible for Executive Leave, the parties leave 22 the preceding language in the Appendix should FLSA-exempt positions be added to the bargaining 23 unit.
