Expatriate Benefits. If the Executive is required to relocate to Singapore, the Executive shall be entitled to the Expatriate Benefits subject to the Company’s current Expatriate Compensation and Benefits Policy. The Executive’s point of hire shall be U.S.A..
Expatriate Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to receive any remaining expatriate benefits to which he was entitled by reason of his prior U.K- and Canada-based assignments. For the avoidance of doubt, Executive shall be solely responsible for any and all relocation, immigration and tax costs relating to his relocation to Canada.
Expatriate Benefits. The Employee shall be entitled to the expatriate/repatriation benefits that are described in Schedule A, which is attached hereto.
Expatriate Benefits. With respect to when Executive’s principal place of employment is or was in Germany, Executive shall be entitled to expatriate benefits in accordance with Sirona’s expatriate Policy as in effect at the time of the Merger, including but not limited to automobile, schooling and housing allowances. Upon Executive’s repatriation to the United States, Executive shall no longer be eligible for such expatriate benefits.
Expatriate Benefits. Following your commencement of employment, Stryker will provide expatriate benefits at the same level you held under your Letter of Understanding – Expatriate Assignment executed on March 5, 2019, and as supplemented by the Summary of International Assignment Provisions, subject to changes in vendors or processes as determined by Xxxxxxx’x Global Mobility team.
Expatriate Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to an annual expatriate benefit package of up to US$50,000 (the “Expatriate Benefit Package”), which shall include reimbursements for relocation to Shanghai, China for the Executive and his family, housing, private transportation in China, education for the Executive’s children and such other matters as the Compensation Committee of the Board reasonably approves in advance. Any expenses to be incurred or reimbursed pursuant to the Executive’s Expatriate Benefit Package shall be approved in advance by the Company’s Compensation Committee, or a designee of the Compensation Committee, prior to incurring such expenses. The Expatriate Benefit Package will be directly paid or reimbursed by the Company. If, within one year from the date of Executive’s relocation, Executive voluntarily terminates his employment with the Company for any reason other than by the Executive for Good Reason pursuant to Section 7(c) herein, Executive will be required to refund all funds expended by the Company related to the Expatriate Benefit Package to the Company within 30 days of his termination date.
Expatriate Benefits. While residing in the United Kingdom, Employee shall be entitled to those benefits provided pursuant to the Company's Expatriate Personnel Policy, as amended from time to time, provided, however that at no time during the Employment Period shall Executive's expatriate benefits be adjusted to an amount below Attachment "A", Foreign Compensation Calculation - London dated July 15, 1997.
Expatriate Benefits. In connection with the Assignment and Executive’s prior Canada-based assignment, Executive shall be entitled to receive the benefits described in Exhibit D (subject to the limitations set forth therein).
Expatriate Benefits. The Officer shall be entitled to the expatriate/repatriation benefits that are described in Schedule A, which is attached hereto. To the extent that any such benefits are taxable in the U.S. or Korea, the expense payments or reimbursements under this Section 3(c) shall be “grossed up” or increased to take into account any such tax liability incurred by the Officer as a result of such payment or reimbursement. In determining the amount of any tax liability incurred by the Officer, the Officer shall minimize U.S. taxes as permitted by Section 911 (relating to exclusions from gross income of certain foreign earned income and housing costs) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) and Section 901 (relating to the foreign tax credit) of the Code.
Expatriate Benefits. You will continue to be eligible for any remaining tax equalization or other benefits payable or to be provided by reason of your prior assignment in the UK, in each case in accordance with and subject to the terms of applicable Company policies, as the same may be in effect from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, the extent to which you will be entitled to any such tax equalization or other UK assignment-related benefits upon or following the termination of your employment for any reason, including following a change of control of TJX.
