Expatriate Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to receive any remaining expatriate benefits to which he was entitled by reason of his prior U.K- and Canada-based assignments. For the avoidance of doubt, Executive shall be solely responsible for any and all relocation, immigration and tax costs relating to his relocation to Canada.
Expatriate Benefits. With respect to when Executive’s principal place of employment is or was in Germany, Executive shall be entitled to expatriate benefits in accordance with Sirona’s expatriate Policy as in effect at the time of the Merger, including but not limited to automobile, schooling and housing allowances. Upon Executive’s repatriation to the United States, Executive shall no longer be eligible for such expatriate benefits.
Expatriate Benefits. The Employee shall be entitled to the expatriate/repatriation benefits that are described in Schedule A, which is attached hereto.

Expatriate Benefits. (a) The Company shall reimburse you and your family for first-class roundtrip air travel to the United States on up to four occasions per year through 2010 and on up to two occasions in 2011 through July 31, 2011.

Executive shall be entitled to receive any remaining compensation and benefits payable or to be provided under the Company’s Long Term Assignment Policy and the Company’s Tax Equalization Policy by reason of his prior assignments in Canada and in the UK and any benefits under the Company’s Repatriation Policy (together with the Long Term Assignment Policy and the Tax Equalization Policy, the “Expatriate Policies”) in connection with relocating to the U.S. from TJX Canada during 2018, in each case in accordance with and subject to the terms of the Expatriate Policies as amended and in effect from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company expressly reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, the extent to which Executive shall be entitled to any compensation and benefits under the Expatriate Policies, or any other expatriate-related or tax equalization benefits, upon or following the termination of Executive’s employment for any reason, including following a Change of Control.
Expatriate Benefits. (a) During the Term, the Company shall reimburse you and your family for business class roundtrip air travel to Brazil on up to three occasions per year.
Expatriate Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to receive the benefits described in Exhibit D.
